Stayed Apr 10, 2025House was clean, adorable decorations /nicely renovated, well provisvioned, and beds super comfortable. Several porch areas. Nice vibe, fire pit, darts, ring toss, cute decor outside is the best (we enjoy some outside evening time). Perfect spot for morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch.Owners were very kind and plenty of privacy. Lots of big oak covered drives in the area. Beautiful location. Shops and restaurants nearby.We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again if in the area and available! Thank you, owners!

Stayed Mar 16, 2024We stayed at The Country Porch for 2 weeks in late March. It was a great vacation. The house was super clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was roomy but still felt cozy. We were very comfortable The grounds are nicely kept, and the various plantings are very pleasing. There are so many areas to relax while sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine - the screened porch in the back, the backyard to enjoy the sun, the rocking chairs on the front porch, and the very private side yard with 2 lawn chairs and a table in between. The location is super. Definitely in the country surrounded by homes with large lots. It was not unusual to see farm animals during some of our walks. Though in the peaceful countryside, it is only minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Eddie & Tina were great hosts. They provided informational materials on the area and recommended things to see and do. They responded immediately at the time of booking and when we had a couple of requests during our stay. We highly recommend The Country Porch for a vacation stay. If we travel to that area again, we will definitely stay again if it is available. J & S Puhek
