The Cottage! Chic Bungalow near Old Town Square!

Password on Internet didn’t work. We spent at least a half an hour on it. The place is ok.

It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. The cottage was minutes from my son's home, close to downtown shopping and dining.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, spacious, new, and comfortable. I’d definitely book this again. Communication before and during the stay was excellent.

Very clean. Too many bees everywhere! That is what we didnt like.

Great location!!! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and easy to walk to parks and downtown. The house is nicely set up and very cute. We loved the backyard, and really appreciated the bikes to explore the area. The house is older, so there’s a little wear and tear in come places. Great value and so easy to work with Stacy!

The cottage is in a great location to downtown. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner and shopping. Otherwise it was a nice central location to enjoy other Fort Collins amenities. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Fort Collins. Easy access to parks and downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds too. Stacy went above and beyond as our host. The staff was helpful too. We would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in Fort Collins.

We loved our stay- so enjoyed the backyard area and how close it was to downtown Fort Collins- just an easy walk. Stacy was extremely responsive!

Great location and cool old home. House needs some TLC in side and out but everything worked and staff was helpful.

Our check in was really slick and easy. Communication of how to check in and out was great. Location was close to a lot of different restaurants, grocery stores, and bike/running trails. A couple of things I was disappointed with is the cleanliness of the house and reported it when we first checked in. They offered to send a cleaning crew but I declined as they couldn’t say for certain whether it’d be the original cleaning crew or different one. I found some dead bugs like mosquitos/moths on interior window sill and floor in kitchen. Called property manager(Randi) on our 2nd day ant the house and was advised it’s normal this time of year in Colorado for bugs to be in house. They offered to send cleaning crew again but no guarantee there wouldn’t be bugs again. The bathroom tub had a slow drain which I also mentioned to property manager but advised no one could come due to it being 4th of July which made sense but no one came to our house after the 4th of July while on our stay. I offered a couple of different solutions for us to change our stay due to the cleanliness issues but property manager advised this was normal this time of year and not an urgent matter. I asked to speak to someone higher up but wasn’t given the opportunity. While there were some good things I liked about the property my concerns about the home during our stay seemed to not be a big deal with the property manager. Very disappointing.

Just want to say the stay here was wonderful. We truly enjoyed being so close to everything we liked to do. We all felt very comfortable. It was like being home away from home. Definitely will stay here again.

This is a cute little house in a nice quiet neighborhood. As advertised, it is close to Old Town and had pretty much all we needed. The kitchen was very clean (stove and fridge were spotless) and we were pleased with the amount of cupboard space for our food and supplies. We used the washer and dryer; no complaints there! The host was responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. This is a small house, but perfect for my husband, teen daughter, and me. The pictures on the website represented the property accurately. We didn't end up using the bikes, but noticed they had helmets and a bike lock, so would've had everything we needed. The back patio was a peaceful place to enjoy morning tea. The only reason this isn't a 10/10 rating is that one of the beds sagged a bit in the middle. We slept well enough, but that adpect could've been better. Overall this is an awesome little house that we'd recommend to our friends or family.
