Nice clean little place. Great location. Highly recommend
This was a lovely house to stay at for three nights while touring CSU with my prospective student daughter. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen appliances, tastefully decorated, and walk-able to CSU campus and Old Town shops and restaurants. We didn't need anything from the owner, but she was very communicative and available if needed. My only suggestion to the owner would be to install darker window shades in the front bedroom as the neighbor across the street has a bright porch light that stays on all night. I slept just fine with it, but had to swap bedrooms with my kiddo as it was too bright for her.
Comfortable, good space, walkable to town, happy for the bike and bike trail nearby. I especially appreciated Leslie and Jim who were staff and easily available for any of my needs. Thank you to them!
We had a great stay while moving our daughter into CSU. The house is clean and the pictures and descriptions are just as advertised. The location is perfect....very close to Old Town and easy access to campus. We will definitely try to stay again.
We stayed here while getting our college student set up in their new rental house. This house was what the listing advertised. While the house was clean, it could use some polishing up. Some items are in need of some TLC. The back yard was not spruced up and you must dodge bushes to get to shed with bikes. Not the best but not the worst place to stay.
Nicely done old house near old town and college- great base home for our travels around Colorado
Everything was just as described! We had a great stay!
Beds and bedding were SO comfortable! Cozy place, everything was provided, everything! Washer smelled moldy, even when door was left open. Back deck and yard were relaxing.
This cottage was very cute and well maintained. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, the perfect distance for walking to Old Town Fort Collins. Although the house is small, it worked for us since we were kept busy during the day and we were able to enjoy sitting on the back porch/deck in the morning and evening. Lovely!
The cottage was exactly like the photos and met our needs. We were very impressed with the house and furnishings. Being from Arkansas, we enjoyed the weather and ate snow ice cream daily.
We loved this home and the location which was so close to Old Fort Collins and CSU
Great location! Easy safe walk to downtown. Comfortable, clean, cozy. Will definitely visit again and stay here!
Very comfortable stay. The cottage is in a great location and it’s a total bonus with the bikes included. Accessing Old Town is as simple as going to the street corner, turn left and you’ve arrived within a few blocks. We visited with our daughter who’s attending school, and we were ideally located close to the campus and Old Town. Location location location. Clean, comfortable, easy. Stacy is a great host, was responsive to any questions. Future trips will be at this location or any other location, close to campus/old town, that Stacy has to offer in her property portfolio!
A 15-20 minute walk from Old Town and a lovely neighborhood were our main reasons for selecting this home. While it's an older property, the photos accurately show the style and feel of the home. We felt there could be more attention given to cleaning and provision of amenities, as it was certainly adequate, but not impressive.
Great little place near downtown Fort Collins. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride also! We would stay again.
We had an amazing time! Close to historic downtown, close to breweries, close to CSU, and close to Poudre Creek bike path and bike path network around/through out Fort Collins.
A very quiet neighborhood and just minutes away from downtown.
Very well put house with great decorative modern style. Really fun house.
So cute! Great location.
