Stayed May 22, 2026This home was an excellent place to stay. Very well decorated and has everything you need and then some. Very close to downtown. We definitely would stay again when in the Prescott area again. Host was very prompt when asking questions.

Stayed Dec 15, 2023This is a lovely home with modern amenities. New appliiances and fixtures. The bed was comfortable with premium quality bedding. There is a large Smart TV in the living room where you can sign in to your streaming accounts easily. I found an extra room downstairs which is a family/game room. 5 minutes to everything. Just a few blocks from downtown. It was perfect for a romantic getaway with my husband. The manager, Erin, is very responsive and also very nice.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023Perfect getaway! Comfy beds and couches. Watched movies all three nights. Huge beautiful deck to enjoy the forest and the breeze. Comfortable for 4 adults. So close to everything!! Would definitely book again!!

Stayed Oct 30, 2022We truly felt like guests in this beautifully clean and updated home. The owner literally thought of everything we could need and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. We will definitely rent again!
