Panoramic Mtn Views: Prescott Sunset Sanctuary

Returning guest for our annual girls trip. The home is cozy and well maintained. Beautiful views all the way around. Host is amazing and quickly responds to requests or questions. Will continue to make this home our home away from home.

Everything was perfect. The views are amazing, the property is spotless and the beds are comfortable. Tons of blankets and everything we needed in the kitchen.

This home was just the right size for our group. We had plenty of dining space, lounging space, but we spent most of our time outdoors on the patio enjoying the spectacular view day and night. Convenient location, well equipped, and the host was very attentive. Thanks!

We have stayed in a lot of rentals and not only was this home super clean, well appointed, but it was soo visitor friendly! They had so much local Prescott information from books to activities to best places to eat. The effort that went into this rental is 10/10. The views (!) made us feel like we were on top of the world, the highest point all around, absolutely stunning!

This home in Prescott was absolutely perfect! The hilltop views were breathtaking, you could sit for hours in the rocking chairs soaking in the scenery. The house itself felt so welcoming, like staying in your own home away from home. It had everything we needed and more, including games and thoughtful touches throughout. Paula was incredibly communicative and helpful from start to finish, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Prescott!

The views from this property are breathtaking! We had plenty of room and it was very clean. Don't consider any other peoperty, this is the one! It is up a very curvy mountain, but we had no problem with a minivan. It is a beautiful property.

We loved our stay! The view from the large patio was gorgeous and we loved the quiet and privacy. Paula was a friendly, responsive host and was easy to reach out to. There’s plenty of great recommendations in the house re: things in the area which is really nice to sift through and figure out what to do for the day! Easy to find lots af hikes, mountain biking trails, and lakes to explore as well as super easy access to downtown 💕

We got together with spouses and just had a wonderful time reconnecting with games, hikes, chats, good wine, good food and like no time had passed since our last get together. Beautiful view, well appointed kitchen, long walks, it was what we all wanted. Even with a rainy stay, it was great!

My family of 8 stayed for a long weekend. There are comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The patio is wonderful for enjoying star gazing by the fire pit. Paula is quick to respond to any questions. The only small negative is that there are signs everywhere in the house reminding of rules. I hosted a dinner and guests were required to park at the bottom of a long, steep drive instead of in the large parking area at the house. That said, I would stay again. It is a lovely home.

We had a great stay at Prescott Sunset Sanctuary--beautiful location and views, even more spectacular sunset! Very clean and well-stocked house. Easy drive to downtown Prescott and close to activities. Very much enjoyed our stay.

This may be our new favorite Prescott location - the living area is a beautiful open concept, so everyone in the family can visit. Bedrooms & bathrooms were nicely renovated, everything was clean & Paula was so kind to us. Bonus: deer came up to the trees this morning & ate leaves right outside our window!Loved all the posters & recommendations for things to do nearby; we are already considering coming back so we can take advantage. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. But the best part is the beautiful views from the deck. The area is quiet, which was perfect for some down time. We will definitely be back again.

Gorgeous views, great home & awesome amenities made this an amazing spot for our family & friend adventure to AZ. Paula is a gracious and responsive host, with great style. The home was set up with the current season decor & we airfield the love put into it.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prescott Sunset Sanctuary. The home has a fantastic patio with amazing views, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could have needed no matter how long your stay, plenty of towels, and even toiletries. We were greeted via text by the owner Paula, and there was a welcome basket with a lovely card. I enjoyed all of the information on things to do in Prescott and around town. My kids enjoyed the games and the movie collection. Would highly recommend and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property had everything we needed and more. We loved the view and Paula let us know about fireworks on Saturday evening which we watched from the patio on the back porch.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Prescott Sunset Sanctuary. The view out over Prescott and the surrounding area is incomparable, with everything laid out before you almost as if you were in an airplane. If you like mountain views, this is the place for you. The patio is massive, and complete with a living room suite of patio furniture with all the appropriate cushions and two massive sun umbrellas for shade, plus two fire pits with more outdoor furniture around them, PLUS a picnic table with a third huge sun umbrella on the patio on the side of the house. This house’s patio is MADE for living outdoors! Also there are several large comfortable couches inside in the living room, a large dining table, and the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with more spices and basic cooking supplies (flour, white and cane sugars, olive oil, etc.) than any other rental I have stayed in! Plus two kinds of coffeemakers, a toaster oven, and a very nice convection oven. Best of all, Paula, the host, was extremely attentive, quick to respond to any questions we had, and even brought over a small drink blender when I mentioned that I couldn’t find a blender to make frozen mochas for my wife! She was the best host I have had in the two dozen or so I have experienced with house rentals. She goes above and beyond all normal host expectations. We even had two deer saunter past the patio as we sat out there! We are sure to return in the future. Also, it is great for a walker or wheelchair.
