The Cooper-Burke House is located in the heart of Sag Harbor's historic district. The house, built in 1810 was first the site of William Cooper's Whale Boat Enterprise. Afterwards, the house became the first Catholic Meeting House in Suffolk County formed by Michael Burke in 1826.
As in my other 3 VRBO offerings, this house's antique furnishings reflect both a classical and whimsical ever evolving sensibility without feeling stuffy or old. Each area of the house offers the opportunity

Stayed Nov 25, 2025We cannot say enough great things about this house! Paris and Clifton were fantastic hosts, and met us on the first day to hand us the keys and give us the history on the house. The home decor and aesthetic made us feel right at home, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full meal for thanksgiving. The house was also less than a block away from Sag Harbor which gave us unlimited access to all the restaurants and shops.
