The Coop is a cozy pet friendly home in the heart of Roswell near hospitals

Beautiful, clean, family friendly!!! We stayed here as a family for the week of the Eastern New Mexico Fair. The home is so roomy and just absolutely perfect for us!!! The neighborhood is beautiful too!!! Will definitely check availability for this home next fair week!!

This house was definitely better than expected. We had a great time in Roswell. I would recommend this place especially if have 3 or more people going to Roswell.

This place is perfect for families especially when you have pets as well. This house will be on our list for next year and possibly many more years to come. Very clean very beautiful house in a good neighborhood.

Place was fantastic! Great house, awesome kitchen and backyard area, very cozy rooms and bathrooms. Neighborhood is super safe, law enforcement lives in close proximity. Already booked again

Vanessa is a wonderful host. We had some personal complications and she was very accommodating for our circumstances. We have stayed here several times and have rebooked for next year.

The coop was great, we loved the joyful decor, everything all the amenities were provided and we had a wonderful stay. Great host.

We were unable to stay due to a family emergency, but our son, daughter-in-law and grandkids were able to continue on the vacation. The property is perfect for our overnight stay. We will book again. Vanessa is a wonderful host and is very responsive.

Clean. Well appointed. Comfortable. Allows dogs. Easy communication. This was a home we actually felt at home in, not just a rental where they’ve dumped all of their trash kitchen-ware and only leave one roll of toilet paper and no extra trash bags. Thank you for such a nice stay.

We came to visit the green guys, stayed in a chicken house and loved it!

It was the perfect stop on our way south! Beds were excellant! The birds sang to us in the morning while we were relaxing before heading out. Thanks again!!!

Wonderful house with all the amenities needed.

My family felt totally at ease and comfortable in this spacious, fairly new modern home. It is located about five minutes from any place you’d wanna go in Roswell! All bedrooms and living areas are huge, as well as the bathrooms. The backyard has several areas to hang out, and when the weather is nice, and plenty of room for dogs to run around and spend some energy!If my travels find us in Roswell again, I will definitely book this home again!

We came to Roswell to have Christmas with my mom and sister’s s families. House was in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Yard was very secure for the dogs.

The house is beautifully decorated and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook full meals, just bring your own coffee and the main ingredients of your meal. The house has everything else you'll need. It's close to downtown but situated in a well maintained and very safe neighborhood with newer homes and wide spacious streets.

We stayed at the Coop for a NMMI reunion and it was perfect for our family and a couple of dogs. Nice big common space. Cute back patio and yard. Close to NMMI and anything you'd want to do around Roswell.

Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. Short stay for us but worth it.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the coop. The home was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Vanessa was quick to respond to any questions. We also enjoyed our stay at Brussels Farmhouse on our return. We previously stayed at a hotel, but this was much better for us and our dogs.

Town fireworks were great viewing from the front porch!

4 adults and two kids. We were in town for a family reunion this place was our morning and late night return space. Would stay here again. Everything was clean and neat. Would have liked a King bed in the master bedroom as the room is more than large enough to accommodate one. Also could have used tv instructions as it’s all streaming. Not showstoppers by any means. Recommend

Vanessa made every effort to get us in as soon as possible. Staying in a house that feels homey made us feel better. Our dogs we as tired as we were. We all got much needed rest

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: The location is excellent, in a safe quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well appointed. I have pet allergies and was not bothered by any scents/dander in the home. Cons: the jetted tub was dirty and spat black mildew into my bath. Don't use the jets. We also killed 10 roaches in the home during our 4 day stay. Too many to simply shrug off and not mention.
