We enjoyed the hot tub and view of golf club across the street. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is close to everything we wanted to see and do.

We had a lovely stay. It's a beautiful home with a beautiful yard! I would definitely recommend. If you are wanting a place close to everything but still calm and quiet, this a perfect place.

The ClubHouse was awesome. The surroundings were beautiful. No issues at all! I personally must say the location was just perfect! Minutes away from any place to shop, eat, or fuel up. We felt very safe and away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Recommend for sure!!

Beautiful and spacious house, easy to access from the highway yet still quiet! We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were responsive to all questions. Would absolutely stay here agsin when visiting Springfield.

I was a fun trip! It was in a nice area with a really cool backyard and we loved the hot tub as well!House was super nice nd clean! Bath rooms were super nice as well! Overall was a fun trip and a great place to stay!

The house was spacious, clean, and updated. The king bed was not super comfortable as it was a memory foam, but that may be a preference thing. The house was also super close to the highway, so highway noise is a thing when you are outside. However, you don't hear it when you are in the house. Overall was not a bad stay, and it is 10-20 minutes from everything in Springfield.

Stayed here multiple times, consistently clean and comfortable! Many nice extra touches!

Wonderful home

This house was exactly as described in its listing. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. The fire pit in the backyard was very nice even on a warm summer day. Even though this property is located very close to the divided highway, road noise was not an issue as it is virtually sound tight. If there was one area I would say could use Improvement it would be to beef up the kitchen utensils and cookware. But that is picky it was a great place to stay in the location for our needs was terrific.

We were in town for a family wedding. The owners were great at responding. The house is a great central location for our needs. The house was clean and had great space for our family. The house has been updated and is well cared for. The fenced yard was an added bonus for traveling with our grandchildren. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Property is as described and shown in pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the interstate and local attractions. One of the beds is a bit low to the ground, which was challenging for my parents who are both in their 70s. But, other than that, no critiques. Check in/out was very straightforward.

We had a great time. The house was as good as advertised. Easy to find and easy to get anywhere you wanted. The most comfortable bed at any place we've stayed.

The property was clean and close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper provided. The only con is that there was a little bit of traffic noise but it was not enough to disturb us. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

This property was an excellent choice for my group of 6. Everyone loved the HUGE front porch swing. The backyard was spacious and beautiful. The house was spotless and nicely stocked with necessities and even some nice-to-haves, like cut wood to use in the fire pit. Im glad we chose this house and would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice and spacious. The back yard was great for hot tubbing and hanging out with friends by the fire.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The updates done on this house were well done, especially the bathrooms. The master bed, though lower to the ground than I anticipated, was very comfortable.

Comfortable place for family! Had all the amenities. Enjoyed the front porch swing and hot tub. Spent hours in the swing, napping reading and playing board games. The neighborhood was peaceful with some highway noises. The host was quick with messages and folllow up. Would stay again when in the area.

Derek and Summer delivered as advertised! Will definitely make another trip to Missouri to stay with them! The house is in a great location, the information notebook provided gave us great recommendations, and the overall experience was what we expected. Would recommend to anyone!

The house was very cool!! It was clean and everything was very updated. We did not get to enjoy the back yard but still very cool having a hot tub and putting green.

The accommodations were perfect. Ambiance was fun, classy, and comfortable. The hot tub was a great cherry on top. Location was close enough we didnt have to commute far, but we werent in the middle of too much hustle and bustle either. 10/10 recommend

Super cool decor and great amenities!

Thank you for your hospitality and use of your home. We enjoyed time together celebrating birthday and watching a granddaughter olay basketball. It would have been nice to have had warmer weather!

Stayed for a week with the family while visiting town. The house is very clean and we had everything we needed. And we enjoyed the hot tub several times during our stay. Too cold and windy during our stay to play in the backyard or use the BBQ grill but it was a very nice outdoor space.Opportunities for improvement: The seating area by the TV is not the most comfortable and the mattresses seem to be due for replacement in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms.
