Stayed Jun 4, 2026We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and had enough space for our group as we needed at least three bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you would need if you plan to cook and there were plenty of towels to go around. The bathroom had a few hair dryers & even toiletries if you forget yours at home. Perfect location to get to Sequoia National Park from this Vrbo. We thought the deck outside was fabulous listening to the water running along the small river/stream and watching all the wildlife. We were able to enjoy the hot tub on the deck one evening as well which was a great bonus for us on our vacation. The lemon trees in the side yard were so cute!! Check in was easy which was a relief as we arrived very late on our first night. The town of Three Rivers is very close by with a few options to eat out and a small market to get essentials that might be needed but I’d suggest stopping in the closest bigger town for supplies if you need a lot. I highly recommend this place-we loved it!!

Stayed May 8, 2026The property is in need of an updated decor over all . Nothing matches , pick a style - is this house a California ranch or Asian spa? There were a lot of cobwebs, dirty patio furniture and lack of outdoor lighting in front after dark. It world have been very easy to trip coming in at night except that we had flash lights. Old fixtures in bathrooms. Unmatched bedspreads in rooms. Very disappointing for the price.

Stayed Apr 12, 2026The house and property were absolutely amazing! Location, location, location! Right on the river with views of the mountains. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and socking in the view after a long day of site seeing and hiking at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths were key for our crew. Plenty for towels and all the amenities. The directions provided by the host are very helpful especially because you will lose cell service as you get closer. Wifi at the house worked fine. It was nice to be “unplugged” in town and at the parks. The small quaint town of Three Rivers was welcoming and had everything you needed. We stopped for a tasting at the Three Rivers Brewery and purchased our favorites. Top notch service from Allie the bartender. Next door was a unique store Sasqu@ch and Company. The house is close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Make sure to fuel up in town before go. You want full tank. The main reason we picked this house was the proximity to the National Parks and the river and mountains as your backyard. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025We stayed as a family of 4 mid-August. Our 10 and 12 year old loved playing in the creek in the backyard. We picked up a couple nets and they were entertained for hours catching minnows and tadpoles while we basked in the sun and scenery on the deck. We saw so much wildlife too! Turkeys, peahen, lizards, birds and we even saw a bobcat cross the river one night when we were in the hot tub! The house is clean, spacious and well stocked. The location was great as its so close to Sequoia National park and Three Rivers has lots of great places to grab a meal and/or ice cream. We drove up the road and spent an afternoon at Slick Rock Recreation Area which the kids loved and also drove to Kings Canyon one day which I would recommend.Overall a great trip and a great stay!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This property was absolutely beautiful. Waking up in the morning to sit out and enjoy the sounds of the peaceful river and then being in close enough proximity to travel to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National park and even did a day trip to Yosemite was perfect. The house is clean and perfect for the 4 of us (but could comfortably fit more). Some peacocks joined us on our final morning out on the back deck. We loved our stay in this serene home in Three Rivers.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We loved our stay at this property. The house is only about a 30 minute drive from the entrance of Sequoia. At night when we came back, we swam in the creek out back, great for cooling off in the hot summer nights. House was clean and equipped with everything needed for making meals. Appreciated the ice maker and filtered water in the refrigerator! Highly recommend!

Stayed May 20, 2025What a spectacular location on the Kaweah River. The river flowing over the rocks was captivating and so relaxing. We visited Sequoia NP early, and happy to make it back to the house by early afternoon. House is large and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Only negative thing is patio screen door is old and hard to close, but not a biig deal. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to stay again this time of year.

Stayed May 17, 2025The kids loved swimming in the river even with the temp of 60. We loved leaving the screen door open and falling asleep to the river rushing by. We spent all our time on the patio except when we slept or explored the Sequoia National park. I'm very appreciative of the owner's sharing their piece of paradise. Our family had so much fun making memories here. Thank you!!!

Stayed May 10, 2025Overall, a nice home in a great area. Highly recommend a stay when the stream outside has a good flow. Home had modern appliances and was well stocked. The house does need some maintenance though. One of the showers broke the first day there and we did find out if it would be fixed until the day we left (a week later). The patio sliding door and screen door to the wonderful patio were very hard to open. The railings on the patio were barely attached and a bit dangerous. These issues were unfortunate detractors to an otherwise very nice stay.

Stayed May 7, 2025We rented this house in May and the river was flowing and the orange and lemon trees had fresh fruit. It was lovely. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were clean and comfy. The mattress I slept on was very comfortable. The toaster wasn’t working but we used the broiler.. Quiet location.
