The Channel House~Water Views~Dock + Boatslip~Walk to beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was super helpful with questions leading up to our trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. And the location cannot be beat.

308 North Channel was a great property with gorgeous views. The check in was very easy and everyone soon got settled in their routines. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses and a big Sub zero! We ate in about half the time which was fun! Wrightsville is an active place and we were walking a bunch because it pretty and parking can be expensive after 9:00 am. The dock was a great evening spot and we rented a boat one day. There were plenty of bikes and chairs, but some chairs were getting old. In the kitchen, you might need to bring some dish towels as they only had one. The beds were comfortable and there was a great room on the third floor that had a pool table and great views. There were great places to gather together and also to spread out. We took our family of 2 girls and the grandkids. Great time last week!!

Outstanding! The house is awesome. Very clean, perfect location with lots of amenities! Boat ramp is great! We had a great time once we all agreed on daily plans....like herding cats...

House was well equipped from the kitchen to the water toys. Very clean. Sheets, towels, kitchen items all very nice quality. We loved it.

The house was absolutely perfect and exceeded any and all expectations we had. It was VERY clean with a great location close enough to everything but situated in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood. We brought our boat and kept it at the dock the entire week. The dock and floating dock couldn't have been better for views, keeping the boat, kayaking and fishing. We ate every meal outside on the spacious porch and the kids loved playing pool, foosball, ping pong and kayaking. Ric was very responsive and proactive which made our stay even that much better. We will definitely be back!

This waterfront home exceeded our expectations. Perched along the channel, the house treated us to a spectacular view. The comfortable interior provided everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a relaxing Wrightsville Beach retreat, this is it.

We all had a wonderful time! Never had to get in the car during our stay. So close to beach, shopping, restaurants, Flotilla and fireworks. Gorgeous home and location:)

This home is exactly what we were looking for. Great neighborhood and location. Very walkable to the beach and good restaurants. The private dock and view of the sound was phenomenal! Everyone in our group agreed that we never wanted to leave because it was so amazing. Ric is very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed five nights for our daughter’s wedding. It was a wonderful stay. The view is fantastic and the sunrises were gorgeous! We wish we had more time to relax out on the dock. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Ric is a great host who checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed.

The property was great, even with a tropical storm… would absolutely stay here again and communication with property management was great!

We really enjoyed our stay. Rick is an amazing host and was attentive to every detail. The location is perfect as you can easily walk over the bridge to the beach or can quickly get off the island for other activities without dealing with backed up traffic. Loved the bikes and kayaks as well! Thanks for a great week.
