The change of the century charm!

This is a spacious, charming property with a great kitchen. Everything was well appointed with great amenities. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space inside and on the porch for lounging. While 2 of the 3 bathrooms were quite small, they were just fine for a limited stay. Sherry was easy to communicate with, and she handled a snafu with our check-in with great aplomb and graciousness, making sure we were happy with the outcome. The upstairs tenant was very quiet and almost unnoticeable. Some street noise was present at morning rush hour during the week, which didn’t bother us, but if you like to sleep in on a weekday, take the queen bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the main road. We availed ourselves of the coffee, pancake mix and granola bars which were part of the kitchen supplies: thank you for these, Sherry! All together, a very comfortable stay and a property and host we highly recommend!

The home was absolutely perfect...super clean, a fantastic size and a great location! It was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay. And I very much appreciate the fact that everything was exactly as stated, right down to the key code. Just Perfect!

Absolutely beautiful home, great location with lots to explore close by. Sat out on the front porch and enjoyed the peacefulness and view of the mountains. Will be booking again.

Charming 1890s home updated with all the amenities you could want.

Our annual family wknd was in town. The home was cool, roomy, and very convient to everything.

We visited for a family wedding and it was nice to stay in one house. Beds were comfortable, furnishings and decorations were charming. Bathrooms are quite small, other than the main one, and electrical outlets need to be updated. Water tastes terrible, so a filter or pitcher in fridge would be recommended; we ended up buying a few gallons of water.

Beautiful, well maintained, older home. Great stay in a good location close to everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate and went out of her way to solve a parking situation we had. We’ll definitely be staying there again for our event next year.

The place was very cute and well decorated. Plenty of supplies, clean. The beds, however, were the worst beds we have ever slept on. Firm is one thing, these were outright hard. We were told the twin beds were fine, but the king we slept in and the queen our friends had were too hard to be able to sleep much.

There were a few minor things we did not like, but overall it was a great stay! The property was clean and very nice! The beds were not soft at all, so just keep that in mind. The bathrooms were all pretty small too. Plenty of space otherwise! Parts of the near by neighborhood are kind of shady but not bad. There is also lots of traffic at all hours, but it didn't keep us awake. We loved it, our toddler loved it, and we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay, we love johnson city, bristol, kingsport area. The house was awesome, clean, and very comfortable.

The day we left was fine until a couple hours later I checked my email and the host was trying to charge me 500 for some damage to a table. We never used that table and didn’t damage it. Overall the place was very clean and very nice. I’d suggest if you stay here to make sure you record everything when you first get there.

We traveled to Johnson City from Savannah Georgia to celebrate Christmas. The home was exactly as described and was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. I was easily able to entertain a family of five for the holidays. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!

3 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving with family who reside in Johnson City. The house is wonderful and very clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Only concern is that it’s located on the corner of a busy street, which I didn’t realize when booking. Other than the expected traffic noise, it was very quiet. Would stay here again.

Very clean, perfect for family gathering. Nice having Sun room...perfect for an extra bedroom...Sunroom bathroom was a little tight.

My family and I loved this home! We will def be staying again while in Tennessee. Location is perfect 10-15 minutes from shopping stores mall and restaurants! And best part only 8 minutes from our families who live in Tennessee! Highly recommended! And Sherry was only a text away.

Wonderful accommodations! Host was readily available and home was in a great area with quick access to everything you could want! Clean, affordable and convenient - would definitely rent again!

Perfect accommodations.. EVERYTHING we could need was here.. We commented …more than once.. this place is great.. down to comfortable , practical and high end decor look.. Sherry did it!

Mattresses were wonderful. Very clean. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would love to know more about the history of the house and this area of town. There was an upstairs tenant as mentioned but they did not bother us.
