Stayed Dec 28, 2025We enjoyed this property as we went over to go skiing at Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. It was quick and easy to get to many great restaurants in Johnson City. I’d come back if we go see again. Communication was great with the owner as well.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025It was close to the hospital where my son was and close to everything, hospital, shopping and eating. I would recommend the owner have a railing on the stairs, the other units had one but not the one we stayed in. perhaps handles in the tub for safety with seniors like me and a small chair in the bedroom to make dressing easier. Overall we were pleased with the place.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Spent 5 nights here while visiting my son at ETSU. The location was perfect - near the college and downtown JC. The space was perfect for the two of us. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was quiet, and the views out the front over the mountains were lovely. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Aug 27, 2024My 16 year old son and I booked this apartment for our trip from NY to Johnson City TN to visit my dad. This location was 5 minutes from his house so it was perfect! The apartment was very clean, and just what we needed for the week. The bed was a little firmer than I am used to so that was tough for me but everything else was perfect.
