Being tucked back in country was really nice to get away from town after work days. The house is very modern and updated. Beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was very nice and available when we needed. The place itself is really cute and had what we needed. The location feels like you’re in the mountains, but close to everything Franklin and surrounding areas.

The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the dishes we needed to cook with. The rest of the areas were very nice and well maintained. Overall everything was great, we will definitely book here again.

Very clean quiet place to stay. Very convenient to many local areas. Great place to stay and explore Franklin and Nashville. Well appointed amenities and very comfortable beds. Will be staying again.

A thoroughly pleasant stay for a week. The 2 bedroom house is spacious and recently updated with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. House is well outfitted, we wanted for nothing and this is coming from a fellow vacation rental owner of many years (in San Diego). Furniture was comfortable, beds were great, huge TV's in all rooms and shopping was nearby. One of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. We really enjoyed it.

Visiting family in Franklin - stayed with our 2 kids - the place was just as it looked online, check in was easy and our hosts were responsive and accommodating! Would reccomend.

It snowed and rained while we were there. Owners comminated well under the weather alerts.

Really enjoyed our stay here in the beautiful woods west of Franklin. The property is gorgeous and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The weather was perfect for having a fire every night in the fireplace. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time with our adult children and their significant others and our dog Maddie. The fire pit was really fun and we did some grilling on the deck. I would highly recommend the location and the experience. Great trip!

Perfect location to Nashville, Franklin and Leipers Fork!

As a family of 5, with our dogs…we were driving cross country for a move. We stayed here 3 nights and it was a lovely stay ! Location was beautiful, inside was perfect for us, had everything we needed. Close location to check out surrounding areas !

The Carriage House was a tremendous location to access Franklin, Nashville, and other nearby locations. Everything was clean and fresh. The house is very modern and attractive. It was very quiet overlooking the Tennessee hills. The location was very convenient for our family as we traveled into Nashville and visited family in the Spring Valley and Murfreesboro areas. The location is just outside the town of Franklin but close enough to get to anything needed. We will definitely stay again when we come to visit family in the future.
