The Canoe House - Multi Family/Elder Friendly 6 BE/4 BA - Clemson + Golf Outings

We had a great stay! We rented this house for a Clemson football game and it was the perfect fit! Very clean, easy to access, and lots of beds for a large group!

The host is absolutely AMAZING! We needed a little bit later of a checkout and she was easy to reach and allowed us to stay a bit longer. The house is awesome and the views are stunning. We had a wonderful stay!

This house is amazing!!! Perfect for our weekend getaway and easy access for the Clemson game. House is immaculate and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again. The host is wonderful as well.

Beautiful property with amazing views. The game room was a huge hit, as was the oversized covered deck which overlooked the lake and was equipped with a TV (perfect place to watch football).

Very nice place. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The next door neighbor was not the nicest but besides that, everything was great!

Great property & great location, kitchen is well stocked which is huge for us because we cooked all of our meals. The twin room only had 2 mattresses as opposed to the 3 in the photo, in the bunk room the upper bunks weren’t made (to be fair I didn’t mention this to the host because it wasn’t an enormous deal just a slight hiccup). Over all a good experience.

If you are looking for a place to stay in upstate SC, look no further. This is a brand new, immaculate home that is inviting and spacious. We stayed with 2 families, lots of kids, and it had more than enough room for everyone. The bunk room and basement bonus area was a favorite. The house has full accommodations, conveniently located with amazing lake views. The dock is fun for fishing or relaxing. The host (Mary) is so kind and excellent with communications. If you get the privilege to stay here, I can honestly say you will not be disappointed one bit. Everything was perfect.

The property is nice and lake house is spacious. It accommodated 12 overall well. Everyone enjoyed the game room and outdoor equipment such as paddle board, kayaks. However, there were few minor things that were negative. The dock and stair areas had few nails that were seen that parents had to be careful the children did not touch .The queen size bed felt tight in space it was placed in of the bedroom in the basement that had bunk beds and queen size bed. We appreciated the communication of owner . Overall, our family enjoyed the visit at this lake house. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home. It would have received all 5 stars except for the long no wake zone to the main body of the lake. The home is well equipped with tons of stuff to do! The short easy walk to the dock is hard to find.

Beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay.

House was very roomy and comfortable. Kids room was the best ever with the double bunks and single double bed. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with pots and pans and plenty of dishes. We loved the long dining table. All 12 of us fit perfectly. We rented a pontoon boat and used several of the boat toys in the garage. All in all it was a great house for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and Six kiddos ranging in age from 15-6 months. Also the high chair and kids plates etc came in handy.

This is a great home with everything we needed for an excellent week at Lake Keowee. My wife and I spent the week with our 3 adult children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren. Plenty of room for us to gather for play and fellowship with enough rooms and beds to give everyone their own space. The owners have staged games and playthings for children which was great fun. The outdoor deck areas are perfect for relaxing, grilling, eating, sunning and playing. Fishing from the dock was a real treat for the whole family. We caught and released well over 100 bream, several bass, several catfish (one BIG one) and even one crappie. We brought our boat and jet ski to enjoy the lake, and we did. The weather was perfect. There are no real negatives to speak of. It would have been nice to have access to the covered boat area of the dock for our boat, but I understand. If you need additional parking for boat trailers or extra cars Big Oak RV and Boat storage is less than 1 mile away. They are great people too and can help in this area. We rented a space there because we would have 4 cars and honestly there is no reasonable way to put a medium to large boat trailer down the driveway. We all had a great, fun week. We would recommend this property to you.
