Beautiful place!!!

This was our second stay at the Burndale Barn and it was just as lovely as our first. The property is easy to access, easy parking and just a short drive to Sonoma. It was spotlessly clean and the coffee / tea provisions were a nice addition upon arriving late after a long drive. Only a few small things bothered us - the outdoor furniture cushions were extremely worn and super dirty (despite having a furniture cover over them when we arrived) so we had to cover them with blankets to be able to sit on them. Fireplace did not work even when following instructions from the host as to how to turn it on. And it's a challenge to eat indoors as a family of four as there are only three chairs at the breakfast bar. If the weather is nice I am sure this isn't an issue but on a slightly cold and damp November morning it's not possible to eat outside as the table and benches are all damp.

The property was as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. We had a problem getting the dishwasher to run and they sent a repair person the same day and resolved the problem. Highly recommend.

The Barn was lovely! I’ve never been to a cleaner rental home and the look and feel were very comfortable. The view is perfect out the back deck and made for beautiful evenings overlooking the hills and vineyards. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Burndale Barn Wine Country Vacation Home! The location is fantastic—just minutes from downtown Sonoma and an easy drive over to Napa Valley, making it the perfect base for exploring wine country.The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and extra amenities: high-end Viking appliances in the kitchen, a spacious laundry room, and the outdoor deck complete with a gas barbecue and cozy fire table seating area. All of these made our stay feel both relaxing and luxurious. The hosts also provided extra coffee, garbage bags, and laundry detergent - all greatly appreciated.The only small improvement we’d suggest would be having a few extra towels and washcloths in each bathroom, but overall, everything was excellent. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the wine country.

Very well appointed home. Spacious, top end appliances and very clean. Great communication from property manager. You are 10 min drive into Sonoma with lots of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a quiet place as a base to explore both Napa and Sonoma this is it. By the way, Donum Estates is 10 minutes away and probably on of the most beautiful and interesting wineries I’ve see in all my travels of the world.

This was a great place to stay for my family. The kids loved the treehouse and tire swing. Just be careful of the sharp edges on the edges of the tire swing. The outdoor table and sitting area are a great place to take in the amazing views.

Very clean, well laid out, and comfortable. Fantastic location, not far for good food, food wineries, Charles Schultz museum. Quiet and very relaxing. A great place to stay.

We stayed in June of 2025 with another couple to celebrate a 50th birthday. The home was very clean, spacious, and a great set up for 4 people. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is the lack of any table inside the home and/or only 3 stools at the island, with no fourth stool available. From what we observed, a table could be accommodated in the space. With such a beautiful high end kitchen, it was just a shame that we all couldn't sit down together to eat unless we went outside to a small picnic table. Personal chefs are an option offered and something we considered, however I can't see any way that a chef could be accommodated in the space as it currently is, with no indoor table or place for 4 folks to sit and eat at.

We visited Napa Valley for the first time with some friends for my birthday. The property was amazing, we would highly recommend. It was centrally located where we could visit wineries in Napa, but could also go to Bodega Head and Muir Woods. So many things you can go do and they are relatively close to the property.
