Very quiet and relaxing. Very dark and needs more lights inside and out.

The views and surroundings are amazing.

Just need labels on switch to know which one was switch

We loved the isolation of the house but it was a little further from St Francisville than what was advertised. The closet in the king bedroom was filled with junk and not very presentable for a VRBO property. All in all it was a great property for the price. Loved the porch and deck!

This place was lovely and perfect for our stay in town for a wedding. My son enjoyed exploring the area around the house and taking in the beauty of nature. It was clean, and stocked nicely. It wasn’t too far to the venue for the wedding and we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

This is an absolutely beautiful setting and a wonderful place for a getaway. The host is very responsive to all questions.

Our stay at Melody house was not quite what we were expecting. It is neglected and in need of maintenance. I cannot recommend this rental at all and is not good value for money.

This was a clean quiet location. Perfect for a couple needing a weekend getaway. Kitchen very well equipped.

Great place to stay and relax. Very peaceful. My only concern is the electrical. There are some electrical issues for sure. But overall a great stay.

We were looking for a nice place to get away from our busy lives and chill out for a couple of days. This place had great views and was a nice place to cozy up with some wine and a book.

This home was beautiful and well-appointed! The back patio with bridge was amazing. Perfect for a peaceful morning coffee before the day’s events. The home is spacious and accommodating for a family trip. If you need more space, you can combine it with the Harmony House with the connecting bridge if it is available. We will stay here whenever possible if we are in the area.

Stayed at the Melody House for a girls weekend. It was very cozy and comfortable.

This cabin stay was exactly what we needed. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. We loved sitting outside and just taking in nature. There was also plenty to do in St. Francisville during the day. We had a wonderful time and we will be back!

Beautiful home, remote and quiet! Screened-in sitting area was our favorite. We hope to return for a future stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the Melody house and it’s always the best little getaway! Everything about the home is perfect, and the town of st. Francisville is precious! We are planning a trip booking both homes soon with more family coming and we absolutely can’t wait! Pam is so kind and responsive! We absolutely rate the Melody house 10/10!
