Everything was clean and as advertised.

Had everything that was listed only I understood that there were 3 queensize br with a bonus room with a pull out couch that sleeps 8 total. There was two br with queensize beds and the bonus room had a pull out couch for the size of two children? We had 6 grownups so how would it possibly sleep 8? Kne smaller adult on the pull out couch 1 adult on thr couch in the living room. We did find a blowup mattress that may sleep two so I dont know where the 8 total came in? We made it work.

We came in for the bourbon and beyond festival along with several bourbon tours. He was a great location for hitting the Bardstown area and the Louisville area. Located just in between. The place was nicely decorated out in Bourbon theme. Great place to stay and adventure out during the day.

Great little home with a convenient location.

This was a perfect place to stay! We were in between Louisville and Fort Knox so for us, the location was great. It was very clean, quiet, and so much better than a hotel! The bed was so comfortable. I’d highly recommend staying there and would again. We weren’t lacking anything. The backyard was very spacious and nice but the weather was too hot while we were there to go out and sit.

Fredie was an amazing host!!! Can’t say that enough! Very helpful with ideas on things to do and Responds very quickly. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and Fredie was one of the best hosts we’ve had! House is as listed. We were very comfortable and our pup loved the fenced in yard. If you can get this house, don’t pass it up!

Amazing! This is a property that is cherised. Great decor, handsoap everywhere, plenty of towels, great shower, great living room, plenty of tvs, AND DOG FRIENDLY. Great back yard. No complaint except for me tge bed sleeps hot. Great AC though. I will definitely book again. Barb

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and being located between Louisville and the bourbon trail was nice. The place was clean had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. We would stay here again.

Very happy with the experience

Property was very clean and the interior motif was excellent for the Bourbon Area. Would have been nice to have 2 beds in one of the rooms, even though the description said sleeps 6 it was a tough fit for 4 adult men. Still rate it as a overall 4-5 plan on going back next year for our golf outing.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend an event in Louisville. The house was only a 20 minute drive from the venue and reasonably priced to meet our needs. The house is small and cozy with the expected Bourbon decor. The queen beds were tough memory foam and the master bedroom bed shifted each time someone rolled over, making it difficult to get a good night sleep. One room is set up for children with games and bright colors. The only reason we gave a 4/5 for cleanliness was due to the floor having what seemed like yard clippings or dirt and cobwebs. The patio items outside were blown over but it was too cold for us to spend time there anyway. Overall I would stay there again due to the convenience Of location and price but would be better prepared to make the beds more comfortable.

Only complaint was about the mattress in master suite

Didn’t stay here long, but the house was clean and as the pictures depicted. There were snacks, a couple water bottles, coffee, and a few other general items that the host provided which was nice. Typically don’t see hosts leaving snacks so I was very happy when I saw this after my long drive. Would stay here again!

Everything you need to for a home away from home. Comfortable stay. Dog friendly with a nice fenced back yard. Host is very responsive.

Neat place, loved the way it was set up. Would have been nice to had a bigger bed in the kids room I guess but overall it was a very clean place, Communication was quick and accurate.

We drove from Oklahoma and it was such a relief to walk into a home and feel comfortable. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. My son loved the game room and the karaoke machine. We had a great time in KY and would definitely stay there on our next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home while visiting family nearby. We had everything we needed, and didn't have to contact the host once. Instructions were clear, and home was well stocked. Our son especially enjoyed the game room!

The house was cute, clean, easy check-in, snacks and cold bottles of water were left. There were some spices, ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, coffee pods and creamer. We were there for four nights (couple). Neighborhood seemed to be safe and quiet (except the trains). The master bed is very loud and creaky, and you roll to the center, not comfortable. We were going to move to the spare room, but after sitting on it, felt it was going to be the same as the Master room. The check in was easy. About 30-40 minutes to Kentucky Derby (Churchill Downs), Little Slugger and Muhammad Ali museums, parking to walk the Big Four Bridge and the drive to Bardstown.

The place was amazing! Very close to any restaurant and store you can think of! Lots of fun stuff to do close, and the host is amazing. Loved the theme and beds were super comfy. Water pressure was so amazing hits all those muscles that were sore from the Louder than life concert week.

We stayed for 2 days due to a friends wedding in the area. The house is in what seems like a safe neighborhood. The 2 bedrooms are a nice size. We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio area. The owners were communicative and provided a lot of neat things to do in the area.
