Welcome to the boho cottage on the east side of austin. We have designed it to feel cozy, light and airy. Within walking distance to the University, the arbor food trailer park, baseball field, dennys, shops and restaurants. We are less than a mile from Franklin barbecue and a short cab ride to downtown. We have a fully enclosed yard for your furry friends and have made the house a home away from home with full size appliances, ice cold air conditioning and washer and dryer.

Stayed Apr 13, 2026Very cozy. Location is fantastic. The sofa is amazing you just melt into it. Only complaint was yard needs mowed desperately. Would definitely stay again!

Host was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had! Great location as well, lots to explore around! We also appreciated the on property parking included!
