Stayed Dec 23, 2025Had to leave 1 day early due to major plumbing issues even though 2 plumbers came out on Christmas Day . The issues continued even after the plumber left and we were not comfortable . We advised the owners given we still couldn’t flush the toilet and the showers still weren’t draining , we would be leaving a day early . No refund of any kind was offered. The house was clean and comfortable but with problematic plumbing during our holiday stay definitely changed our experience . I felt bad for the owners dealing with this over the holidays but we were definitely also impacted . I realize these things can happen but we were just ghosted after we notified them we had left early . Given the house was comfortable and clean I’m giving 3 stars but that is very generous considering what we dealt with.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025THE BB was incredibly clean, great location and communication with the owner was fantastic! The outdoor space was perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and visit! I would definitely rent this house again!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We came to Lubbock to move my daughter into an apartment for her sophomore year at tech. This house was perfect for that! Plenty of driveway to park the U-Haul and two vehicles, comfy beds and an abundance of little touches that added to this beautiful place. Cutely decorated and cozy. I felt at home immediately! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Stayed Apr 11, 2024This place was just as described. Super clean, great location. We didn’t want to be close to the hustle and bustle. It was just far out enough to be quiet but close enough to everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The backyard was fantastic! Jana was super great and very responsive! Five stars all the way!
