The amount of toys for all ages was great! Cozy, inviting, & affordable! We will gladly stay again

Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was perfect. This was just what we needed. Host was responsive and easy to get ahold of.

Super cute and comfortable house! Very clean and everything in good working order. It was fun to use the hot tub and fire pit in the back yard. Beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, even with 3 little ones. There was plenty of games and toys there for the kids to enjoy. I highly recommend visiting Smothers Park which is right down the road! Kevin was great about responding and keeping in communication throughout our stay when needed. Thank you!

The house was clean and cute. Loved using the kayaks and fire pit. Fun lake to fish on. Beautiful views.

We were in Owensboro for the Boston Terrier National specialty. This house is the perfect size in a fabulous location! You can walk to a park, coffee house, sonic and an easy drive to anything else. I had dogs with me and it was so nice to get back from showing/competing and let them run and play in the yard

4 Adults, 1infant in town for an event at the Bluegrass HOF. Worked really well for us! Lots of space for my grandson to get around. Really easy access to the downtown waterfront. Our grandson lover playing in Smothers Park. We would stay here again.

Would recommend! Good location; close to places of interest to us. Enjoyed the hot tub. Great to have more room than a hotel. The place is well-stocked with towels, dishes, etc. We used the clothes dryer, apps on the TV, kids had fun with the chalkboard, etc. The sink between rooms came in handy so people could brush their teeth while someone showered. Easy to communicate with the host. Lovely stay!

This property has a great central location in Owensboro, close to stores and wonderful local restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet, so we slept pretty soundly on our stay. Our three-year-old absolutely LOVED the daybed and toys that were there for her to play with. Overall, great stay and we can’t wait to come back during warmer months to take advantage of the hot tub and fire pit!

We absolutely loved the area and the house. The host was super friendly and helpful, and was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We loved the bluegrass house. It felt like a home away from home! If we were to come back to the area, we’d definitely check to see if this place is available!

We love the Bluegrass House. Stayed here 2 years in a row for a week long tournament and we are very happy. Owner communicates well and everything was as listed.

I liked the location of the house. It was near the park and not far from grocery store. It had everything we needed for the stay. The privacy fenced in yard was nice. We still had to go outside with our dog as she doesn't like being outside alone.

We enjoyed our stay at this home for a week while my daughter played in softball nationals at a near location. The house itself is older but was nicely decorated and worked fine for our needs. We did not spend a lot of time at the home and did not get to utilize the hot tub but it was nice to have the option. We were a little disappointed with the bedding as it was not very clean and felt the need to clean it ourselves. I think that due to the fact the pets are allowed to stay in this home, it was inevitable that we did have some debris and what seemed to be animal hair found in the sheets. We did not bring a pet but it was also nice to have the option although the bedding needed to be cleaner that it was. Overall, this was a nice house and we felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood. It was also very close to most eating & shopping places which was also a plus. My only advise would be is to make sure the housekeeping is very thorough before the next guest arrives.

The house was absolutely perfect it was close to everything that we wanted to do. It has games and toys for the kids we didn’t know it had a pack n play we brought our own for our 1 year old to sleep. Our girls loved the hot tub. They had plenty of towels only downfall was not enough washcloths so I washed the towels and washcloths we had 3 teenage girls stay with us so showers everyday or 2x a day was a must. We went to Evansville for shopping and ate at Bubbas 33 food was delicious and service was great. If you have kids or a dog Smothers Park is the perfect place. We also went to holiday world while on our stay. We will definitely stay again if we plan this trip again.

The host was very responsive any time I had a question. The house had everything we needed and then some! The hosts with the most for sure! The beds were high for me but the daybed worked just fine. We will be booking again and again.

Much better than the family cramping into a hotel room. Room to move, kitchen for easy meals, enclosed yard for our kids safety. 2 mins from a park with a zip line and splash pad. A nice assortment of games and toys for all ages that kept our littles very entertained. As a tall disabled persons, the bathroom worked well for me also! Thanks!
