Stayed Jun 17, 2025This is absolutely the cleanest property my family has had the privilege of staying at. Its location is ideal for anyone who wants to be near restaurants and the park. Our hosts were great with recommendations on restaurants and always responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed May 22, 2025Everything looks brand new! Super clean. I only vacuumed because we were there for a few days and I don't like any dirt/debris on the floor-we brought it in over a few days. But they had all the cleaning supplies available so I was happy to find a vacuum to use! Literally had everything we needed. The neighborhood isn't really walkable, not great sidewalks. So if you're like us and enjoy walking each day you'll need to make a short drive to one of the parks or the long trail around Owensboro. I specifically liked Yewells-Heritage park's paved trail. This place is minutes from anything you might want to do and right by highway. Perfect for us!
