The Space:

Located just moments from the Back 40 Trail System, you can ride from the house to the trails in less than a minute—no need to load up the car. The home is also conveniently close to Back 40 trailheads, OZ Trails Bike Park, Gear Garden, and other popular Bella Vista riding destinations.

After your ride, clean up at the outdoor bike wash station, make quick adjustments at the bike maintenance area, and store your bikes securely in the attached garage. Then relax on the deck or gather around the fire pit after a day on the trails.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire home throughout your stay, giving you plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home. Your stay also includes access to the garage for secure bike storage, an outdoor bike wash station for easy cleanup after your rides, convenient self check-in, and complimentary on-site parking.

Situated on a spacious corner lot, The Blue Trail House offers plenty of room to relax while still being close to everything Bella Vista has to offer. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—you may spot deer wandering through the yard, hear owls at dusk, or even catch a glimpse of one of the neighborhood's elusive bobcats.
