The Beverly is fantastic and had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and the owners communicated everything we needed to know before arrival.

Beach across the street, walkability to piers, shops, food. Neighbors all friendly. Clean, very quiet area.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, great communication

We loved this bungalow! Description by owner is on target, just a minute walk from the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the friendly yet quiet neighborhood made it better. We will definitely be back as it was a perfect getaway for just the 2 of us. Only suggestion I would have is it could use minor updating. But even that doesn’t keep it from making it a great vacation spot.

It was a perfect location, enough room for 4 ppl and a nice pool.The king size bed was very comfortable and it has a blackout curtain that allowed the best sleep!The kitchen was completely stocked if you like to cook.Water pressure was decent. Plenty of towels to use. You do not need to bring beach towels, there are plenty and great quality Nice size TVThe residents of one of the homes will take your trash to the curb and return it. Its beach access is directly across the street. Super easy!!Dead dog saloon is a great restaurant and if you drive into Pawleys Island, Pawleys Island tavern is a must!!Angie and Robbie were quick to answer with any questions. And don’t forget to leave your shell in the basket!!

Great area with friendly residents and visitors. The house was very clean and was very nice and equipped with pretty much everything you will need. The area is nice and quiet and right across from the beach and a very easy walk. The little community there is very quiet and everyone is super friendly and willing to talk and help answer any questions or give suggestions about the area. We really loved it and would rent again. Also we were a family of two 71 yr olds a 70 year old 51, 47 and an 8 yr old and everyone loved it.

This a great deal for a quick trip to the beach on a budget. Very clean, needed some updating, but we were happy!

Cute house, right across the street from the beach. I love that the door has a key code & you dont have to worry about keeping up with a key. House has all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was beautiful. We love the place and area. Very close to the beach and various activities. Quiet area and pleasant. The unit was very clean and convenient. Love sitting on the porch. The owner was helpful and pleasant.

Sunset square is a cute and safe beach community with a pool and beach access across the street! We like its only three quarters of a mile from the Garden City Pier, the pool and beach are both there, it was easy to access with a lock code, and had ample parking and space for our group!

Had a lot of extras and everything was clean. Owner was very prompt on responding. Pool and beach within walking distance which was perfect for kids.

Owners are top notch as well is the house I will have my family back year after year as long as it’s available when we come!

We had an amazing family time at this location. Located just a block from the beach, they had everything we needed and more - beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, beach towels and pool toys (we couldn't find the umbrella). The owners were responsive to our questions and it was great to have the pool for the afternoons! A very wonderful place for an ocean getaway!

Quiet, cozy and short ride to murrells inlet. Perfect location for bike rally. Unit is a bit tight for bigger people. A/C was cold, pool was clean . The place could use an update but for the price it was Perfect. We would stay there again
