Not all as advertised. There was not 5 settings of anything in kitchen. Faucet in kitchen difficult to use. Kitchen very worn. Needs remodeling. Oven not clean. Rug in second bedroom not clean. Overall enjoyed stay

Great location, easy access to local attractions, quiet neighborhood. Host very accommodating answered texts promptly.

This was our second stay at this property and it’s such a great home . Quiet neighborhood..stores and beaches not too far . Very cozy home we had a great stay !

Royals place was exactly what we needed for our wedding getaway.

House was spotless and had all the necessities. So nice to have a king size bed. The fenced yard was fabulous for our dogs - they could just run outside and run around. One bedroom has a desk where I set up to work all week. Wi-Fi was excellent - no problems at all. Host responded quickly to answer questions. Nice quiet family neighborhood - we live 10 minutes away so it was perfect while our floors were being replaced.

No dishwasher (even though not listed as an amenity). Had only 3 dishes, 3 bowls, 2 coffee cups, 1 glass (provided plastic cups, bfd!). Promised a dishwasher on our 10 stay, nothing came. It looked like it had been there over a year. Host claimed damage (urine stains from dog and pet hair) to carpet for $200.00. I have a claim dispute not resolved to date. Even though we didn't list our dog before renting ( a $35 up charge) since we couldn't get a dog sitter at the last moment I indicated that I would gladly pay the fee. I took pictures on arrival in caution that something like this may happen. I wonder how many other renters have paid for something they didn't do! Btw only minimal furniture and fixtures. What you see is what you get (No lamps, coffee table, master bedroom night stands),

Nice place in quiet neighborhood. Spacious home great for a relaxing stay. Little under furnished but has the basics. Great backyard for dogs to run around in. Close to any amenities you would want and 30ish min drive to beach. Would stay again.

Great property! Four of us in my family , plenty of room and then some. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and spices . Great location to drive 20 min to Coligny beach which is the best beach there . Stores all in a short distance . Clean and airy we will definitely be back !

It is not easy to find a pet friendly rental to gives you the option of bringing your dog. The fenced in back yard was fantastic and the owner provided bags for easy cleanup. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped even provided spices and storage containers for left-overs. King size bed was very comfortable and bathroom included some extra's that are often left at home. Great location, short ride to Savannah, Hilton Head, or Beaufort.
