Walking distance to beach. Plenty of restaurants a couple miles away. Quiet, relaxed neighborhood. Easy to communicate with host.

Awesome pearl in the middle of a true SoCal experience - and with AC!

We had excellent communication with the Host. The home was perfect - clean and well stocked with amenities (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms). Made our vacation very comfortable and safe. Great neighborhood as well.

The host was welcoming and responsive. The place was very accommodating, spacious, and had several amenities. The location was close to the airport, grocery store, and restaurants. The parking spot was convenient.

It was a great location and the space was perfect for our weekend get away.

Everything was very clean and ready for us...I did not see when I first booked it that is was upstairs in the back; luckily that was not an issue for us. Updated furniture/appliances, very comfortable.

The location was great for us as our daughter and her family are living just around the corner for the summer. The grandkids could walk from one place to the other. We used only two of the three bedrooms so we were a bit tight (our choice). The local beach was having an algae bloom so we went to Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, which are not far and very nice. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. The drive to Disneyland was only 30 minutes. The local Von's grocery has limited supplies, but there's a Ralph's not far away.

The property was as described, however the one issue would be the understanding that the parking spot is for a small or mid sized car. We had a large van and were not able to use the parking spot.

Clean and great location!

We loved the home. It had everything we needed for two small families. We would defiantly rent again.

We have stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. Steven and Susana are great hosts. Very clean and great location. Would definitely book this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the beach each day. House was as advertised.

Great property, location and host to a Long Beach Convention!

Really have to be mindful of the noise levels. Neighbors complained. If you’re planning on drinking and having fun, just be aware of the noise past a certain point. Other than that, the beach is a 10 minute walk away. There’s also a Vons and a chicken and waffles place called Bruxie’s near by that’s pretty good.

Great three bedroom and great location. Worked perfectly for our visit to Long Beach.

Owners very personable with communication and helpfulwith an item that one family member lost.

We were in town for a water polo tournament. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which was great for my family of 4. Great communication with the property manager. Would stay again.
