Welcome to the Belmont Beach Casita! The Belmont Beach Casita is an UPSTAIRS UNIT of a REAR BUILDING. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Located just two blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to 2nd St. Belmont Shore area has many restaurants and shops. ONE RESERVED PARKING spot in the rear of the building. Will only fit a standard mid size or compact car. Free and ample street parking. Walking distance to 2nd Street Belmont Shore where there are many restaurants and shops. Absolutely NO parties or excessive noise or music at any time. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

    We had excellent communication with the Host. The home was perfect - clean and well stocked with amenities (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms). Made our vacation very comfortable and safe. Great neighborhood as well.

    The host was welcoming and responsive. The place was very accommodating, spacious, and had several amenities. The location was close to the airport, grocery store, and restaurants. The parking spot was convenient.

    Everything was very clean and ready for us...I did not see when I first booked it that is was upstairs in the back; luckily that was not an issue for us. Updated furniture/appliances, very comfortable.

    The location was great for us as our daughter and her family are living just around the corner for the summer. The grandkids could walk from one place to the other. We used only two of the three bedrooms so we were a bit tight (our choice). The local beach was having an algae bloom so we went to Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, which are not far and very nice. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. The drive to Disneyland was only 30 minutes. The local Von's grocery has limited supplies, but there's a Ralph's not far away.

    The property was as described, however the one issue would be the understanding that the parking spot is for a small or mid sized car. We had a large van and were not able to use the parking spot.

    Really have to be mindful of the noise levels. Neighbors complained. If you’re planning on drinking and having fun, just be aware of the noise past a certain point. Other than that, the beach is a 10 minute walk away. There’s also a Vons and a chicken and waffles place called Bruxie’s near by that’s pretty good.

    We were in town for a water polo tournament. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which was great for my family of 4. Great communication with the property manager. Would stay again.
