Stayed Feb 5, 2026The host welcomed us at the home and gave a tour of the property. The were simple things provided like shampoo, conditioner, soap, sheets, cooking utensils which made our stay easier. The home was everything advertised and was such a charming place. We enjoyed purslane would absolutely stay in again

Stayed Jan 30, 2026This place was so beautiful and wish I had stayed there a week at least ! So beautifully designed and the backyard with all the games and Tiki bar was just an amazing touch . We had all we needed and more there for the stay ; if in Lubbock again I will definitely be staying here again ; beautiful home and Great location !

Stayed Dec 10, 2025Highly recommend! Exceeded our expectations. Beverly was so very welcoming. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Texas Tech and Beverly put up red & black “congratulation's grad” signs and decorations and even brought our daughter some beautifully decorated cookies to celebrate with. The extra care was much appreciated, and our stay was wonderful. Book this place!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025We had a wonderful experience staying at the Beachcomber. The property was spotlessly clean, decorated island style, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a home away from home stay. We were visiting our son at Tech and he only asked for home cooked meals. This house had all the kitchen essentials for us to make his favorite meal. The outdoor tiki space out back was fun and festive with lawn games, tv, and fire pit. Beverly was friendly, communicative and genuinely invested in making our stay enjoyable. She responded quickly to questions. She also provided great recommendations to local restaurants. Check in and check out was easy.This house truly felt like home away from home and we look forward to returning. Thank you again Beverly for your hospitality.

Our hostess is so thoughtful with every touch including island themed soaps, glasses and even garbage bags. She includes so many items in her kitchen and bath that are often forgotten. We had an incredible stay and will return!
