We couldn’t have been more delighted with our visit! The cottage is charming, fresh and clean, easy to live in and completely well stocked. Nicole was instantly responsive to all and any requests. The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach, restaurants or market. Even the weather was perfect.

This was a perfect vacation destination for my husband, myself, our 2 year old and my parents. The house is exquisitely decorated in a charming and functional manner, providing the best boutique experience. The house is in the more quiet side of the island but still walkable to a couple well known Nantucket restaurants. Just steps away from the beach making it easy for any age group to enjoy. The market is a minute walk away from the house for any provisions as well as a terrific playground for kids. Perfect and sensational getaway for our family. Highly recommend!

I loved this property so much I could have stayed forever. It has everything you could need or want for a comfortable and memorable stay. Conveniently located to the beach, play park, market and restaurants on a beautiful quiet and friendly street. The house is exceedingly clean, organized and cozy. The decor is a beautiful mix of historic charm and modern updates, whimsy and sophistication. I appreciated the host Nicoles keen attention to detail; the high end furnishings, textiles, finishes and appliances. The kitchen like the rest of the house is well appointed and will thrill anyone who likes to cook/entertain. My husband loved the many small gathering places and gardens outside and wants me to mention the great water pressure of both indoor and outdoor showers. As a VRBO host myself I would highly recommend this property and we are already plotting our return!

The most darling little retreat nestled in Cod Fish Park is colorful, restful, comfortable and the perfect escape on this amazing Island! It is the most comfortable house we’ve ever rented with every amenity you can think of. Nicole considered everything you could need for a perfect, stress free getaway. The house is right near the beach entrance and just around the corner from a playground, the Sconset Market and several restaurants. We could not love the property more and can’t wait to return again next year!!
