Stayed Jun 20, 2022We had a lovely stay at the Barn! The accomodation was very nice, especially the kitchen and bedroom. The place was in close proximity to the town centre and lots of local attractions. I would definitely recommend the Barn and thank you very much for having us :)

Stayed Jun 24, 2022It was quite nice staying in this converted barn. We stayed in the middle of winter and found the place to be warm and cosy. A short drive to Bowral with great food and shopping options

Stayed Apr 26, 2022The property was lovely. It’s clean and tidy. It’s in a great location. It’s a lovely romantic getaway. The only thing that I would like improved on the property is a paved path to the front door of the property. You cross a grassed lawn to get to the front door and with all this rain turned into a muddy mess. The agent had different information on check in/check out times to Stayz and their own house rules book. It took 3 calls on the day to get access codes. We ended up getting into the property 2 hours after the agreed check in time. It was a disappointing start to what was a lovely stay.

Stayed May 21, 2021great location, clean, facilities good but air conditioning is inadequate in that upstairs bedroom adequately heated but downstairs remains cold, fireplace not able to be used, ceiling height above upstairs stair landing before bedroom floor is too low and needs warning.

Stayed Oct 24, 2020The property was spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped and in a lovely location. We had a pleasant stay. However, there were a few things that could be improved upon. Unfortunately, we had to have a cold shower on our first morning as the hot water system hadn't been turned on and there was no indication in the information book that we needed to turn it on. (We subsequently found an on/off switch in the bathroom.) Only one side of the double power point in the kitchen was working. The toaster was plugged into the side that didn't work suggesting to us that there was something wrong with the actual toaster. After trying to fix?! the toaster we successfully tried the other side of the power point where the kettle had been plugged in. It was a cold wet weekend and as the air conditioner was located upstairs high in the loft (and warm air rises) the downstairs area remained cold and the upstairs area was too warm during our stay. We did find a small heater but this was totally inadequate as the down stairs is quite a large area and due to there being an open loft space/bedroom upstairs it was hard to heat. While we were opening the front door we got drenched. Some sort of cover over the entrance door would be much appreciated. In the bathroom there was no shelf to put your toiletry items on and also there had been a shelf for shampoo etc in the shower but this was broken and had not been replaced. With a few minor improvements this would be a lovely place to stay.
