The Barn house - 1.5 miles to Whiskey Row

This home is perfect! So quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. VERY clean and spacious. Loved the details of the renovation and all the charm and character of the home. Will stay again for sure!!

Overall had a wonderful stay at the barnhouse. House was fully stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable for our family. Great location close to everything. The check in process was super easy and Marsha was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well with zero issues. Will definitely stay at this property again when in town.

So many good things to say about this property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just a short way to the downtown area. Also there is a good Mexican restaurant and excellent coffee shop within walking distance. It is right next to a park, which was a bonus for my family with three grade school/junior high age kids. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Prescott.

Very cozy home, furnished with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Lots of cob webs, and left tissues in the chairs. Plus microwave broke. All and all, it was a good stay, easy and worked!!

Beds and bedding incredibly comfortable. Both bathrooms are quite small. Emsil message information received from owner could use updating.

It was good stay. Marsha was very attentive and helpful. Slight smell inside, but overall a fantastic stay.

The Barn house is a super cute house in a perfect location! The beds are really comfortable, the place is clean and everything we needed was right there. The front porch was a great place to sit and watch the rain. The back patio was a great place to sip a glass of wine after dark. The owner is very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Excellent communication with Marsha, nice and fully stocked kitchen and excellent location to the rodeo grounds and downtown. The only issue for us was the “two twin beds” listed as being in the living room come in the form of rollaway cots with very thin pads. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Other than that, the property had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Family gathering to celebrate our grandsons 1st birthday, house was perfect for our small group with a nice park next door to explore. Shopping close by for last minute needs. Location close to downtown Prescott where we spent time enjoyimg the sights. Hostess was ready available to make sure we needed anything!.

The property was very nice and comfortable. It wasn't really warm enough to enjoy the outdoor space, but we did enjoy the indoor space

The house is super cute and cozy. We didn’t need to buy anything extra for the house, all necessities were provided. Nice location, and close to many restaurants. Our host was very considerate and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again!

The Barn House was exactly as pictured. It was a perfect fit for 6 adults over a weekend. Nice front and back outside space. Plenty of places to sit and visit inside. Good dining table for games and cards. Thank you.

Barn house was nice and spacious. Unfortunately, it was very dusty. We had to wipe everything down, Keurig and small 4 cup coffee pot were dirty. We drink lots of coffee so we went and bought a coffee maker. Not many pots or pans plus they were not in good condition...food stuck to pans and cookie sheet was old and rusted. If you plan on cooking then you should think about taking your own cookware...owner should think about replacing all the cookware and utensils. Cobwebs over the entry door and chairs outside in the front. Once we cleaned it up it was nice and we did have a good time. Owner was apologetic about the situation. We did appreciate that.

It was exactly as described and welcoming. The place was comfortable and clean. Thanks for making it a perfect spot for a friends reunion.

Our stay was amazing! This house has a lot of character and is very well put together. My kids had an amazing time playing in the backyard and Having the bunkbed was a plus. The host was very accommodating when we arrived early. Would definitely stay here again!
