Anchor House is a new, coastal retreat perfect for your next getaway. This 3BR/3.5BA home features Gulf views, a private pool, and private boardwalk that will take you straight to the beach. Inside, enjoy an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two primary suites, and a fun bunk room for kids or extra guests. Outside, unwind by the private pool overlooking a peaceful pond, rinse off in the outdoor shower, grill out, or relax on the deck with sunrise coffee orsunset drinks.

Please note---- Limited parking. trailers are not permitted in the neighborhood. Neighborhood is located on Mile Marker 52.

Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



-Please note: This is a new subdivision and there may be ongoing construction.



Interaction with Guests:

We monitor messages daily 9am-6pm. Urgent after hour service is available as well.
