Stayed Dec 19, 2025Charming. Clean. Great Location. Responsive Host. Pick Four. You can have it all with this rental. It's not the cheapest option out there, but the house is outstanding. Walk to downtown for dinner, or cook in the spacious kitchen and eat in the excellent dining room. We'll be back for sure.

Stayed Nov 12, 2025This cottage was wonderful. It had all the amenities a visitor could want or need. The beds were comfortable and the home interior was well maintained. I liked the fact it was close to old town Prescott and they had wonderful places to walk in the historic neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of our favorites for sure!!!!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024The property was in excellent condition and very close to the downtown area. Located on a charming street, in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was during the Christmas/New Year's season and many of the houses were beautifully decorated. We attended the New Year's Eve Boot Drop on Whiskey Row and had a great time. I would recommend this property and a visit to Prescott to anyone. Cheers.
