Stayed Jan 16, 2026We found used wet towels hanging in one closet, we found a dirty sock under the love seat. When time to leave we were not able to do laundry for 2 reasons, 1 there was no laundry detergent. 2 there was a load of old wet stuff left in the washing machine. Other than those issues the house itself was okay. It was not as nice of a house as the house we stayed in last year when in Wilmington.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025We had a great stay here. Very pet friendly too. The house is very nice and has historical charm. The house was clean and it is close to restaurants if you want to go out to eat, or doordash food. Great place to stay!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The beds were comfortable and the house was mostly clean; however there were parts of the home that weren’t maintained like the closets not having a place to hang clothes with one beam laying on the floor and the other was gone completely in another bedroom. The switches on the lamps in one of the bedrooms were broken and could not be turned on. There also was some wall damage that was not repaired. There were visible bugs in the overhead bathroom light, and the living room furniture was very dirty. We put sheets over the couch and loveseat. While the bathroom in the front was okay, the master shower curtain was moldy. Overall, the house could use an external and internal review by the owner to see items that need to be cleaned, repaired or replaced
