The 245 Club is located within the vacation cabin community at Bridges Bay Resort. The family-oriented community is nestled on the lakeshore of East Lake Okoboji. Six daily passes tothe Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with the cabin reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two waterfront restaurants; the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing ponds, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

This two-story home features three private bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, finished garage offering additional living space and gaming area, and private patio with firepit and propane grill. This chic lake-themed cabin is perfect for vacationers of all kinds. Just across the road from the community pool area and a private backyard makes this the best location in the community. Upon entering the first floor, you`ll find an open living area and dining area to accommodate your entire group. Just off the dining area is a breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee maker and upgraded countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautifully decorated bedroom and full bathroom. The main floor also includes additional seating, smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. From here, you`ll have easy access to the grill and firepit.
The second floor features a spacious sleeping loft, full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms both smart TVs and seating.
For added convenience, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer, additional refrigerator, and complete list of amenities below.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates with exception of booking fees and credit card fees. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund. Booking fees and Credit card fees are nonrefundable.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
