Stayed Jun 26, 2025The house felt bigger than the pictures showed online. Sherri answered all of my questions promptly. I feel like woth larger groups its difficult to find adequte parking but we had zero issues with this. The place was clean and well taken care of. It cam be difficult to get out of the driveway but the listing is very transparent about that. Really nice place to stay.

Stayed May 25, 2025We enjoyed our stay here! Sherri was super helpful. House very clean and lots of space! Loved being across the street from the gas station for random odds and ends needed. Also walking distance to everything which makes it convenient with a stroller. Highly recommend and will be back!

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This was perfect for our group. It's proximity to boondocks was super convenient. Damage deposit is steep, but I'm sure the host has their reasons. We didn't damage anything so it wasn't a problem for us. Don't break anything, and you'll probably be fine too. We had an amazing time! Would book again no question.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was perfect for our group! Had a 50th B-day party to attend and it was great for 5 couples to be comfortable and enjoy Okoboji. Location was perfect and easy to enjoy the heart of Arnolds Park. Highly recommend and host was fantastic.
