Stay comfortably in Lubbock at this 4-bedroom house. We are 5 minutes from Cooks Garage which is a local favorite, H-E-B is 9 minutes, and Texas Tech University is 17 minutes away. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the other three bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed. Guests will find two bathrooms, including one with a relaxing bathtub and a handy hair dryer. The house keeps a perfect temperature year-round with heating and AC, making every season enjoyable. An iron is also available for guests who like to keep things neat, along with a washer/dryer if you need to do laundry right quick. A perfect workspace to handle up loose ends as well. We have a foosball table and board games to keep your family entertained if you want to just stay in. There’s also a bbq grill in back that’s perfect to cookout on and relax.
