Terrific 3-bedroom house in Littleton / Highlands Ranch CO

Very beautiful house! High end touches everywhere, very comfortable couches to relax on, beds were comfy, clean rooms, great curtains to block morning sun fire pit for night time s’mores, walking path out back. Owners were super accommodating to our schedule. Would recommend!!

Beautiful house that was perfect for our 6-day stay. Very cool that there was a peach tree in the backyard. We picked a peach, let it ripen and enjoyed it our last day there - very tasty! I walked the bike trail behind the house several times.

This place was perfect for our family reunion. The house was beautiful, super clean, well equipped, and had a beautiful backyard with walking trails nearby. The house was also very dog friendly and our dog loved the dog door and backyard. I highly recommend this place.

The space was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need — from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy linens and little extras that made our visit feel extra special. Allen was a fantastic host — warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was perfect. The home itself strikes the perfect balance between style and comfort, with thoughtful touches everywhere that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. We truly felt at home and can’t recommend this place highly enough. Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or an extended stay, Allen’s property is a gem. We’re already looking forward to the next trip and we will be booking this place again!

The house was everything our family needed for the week. The owner was very responsive and jumped into action for anything we needed. The house itself was very nice and has a park at the end of the street that my little one enjoyed very much. House was stocked with things like seasonings, condiments, detergent. It made traveling as a big family very nice.

This home is spotlessly clean, well-furnished and has upscale appliances throughout. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant, in a great location in Highlands Ranch. We had no concerns at all, and will go back if our travels bring us that way again!

My wife and I were honored to be the inaugural guest in this beautiful home. I use the word home because it feels like a home, not just a run-of-the-mill rental house. And the owners allow you to bring your fur-baby along – if properly declared. We stayed with our small dog while some work was being performed on our house. The home has all the amenities as mentioned online (all new appliances and 4K TVs), but it also has an oversized work desk with two large monitors and a Dell dock box, great for work-cations. Coming in from out of town? Its location is a mere half mile from a Whole Foods grocery store allowing you to maintain any dietary program. It has easy access to C-470. The house backs up to open space. For the two nights we were there, it was very quiet. I especially like how the morning sun comes flooding into the back windows of the house. The owners allowed us to use the garage, a nice plus. Lengthwise, a Chevy Tahoe would be a snug fit; a Suburban would be too long. So, anything shorter than a Tahoe would be fine to park inside.
