Gorgeous 2 BR Retreat with 2 Car Garage. Walk to Shops, Trails, & Brewery WOW!!!

This was a really nice home. The host was very responsive. Was located in a convenient area. The amenities were perfect. Beds were comfortable home was clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the property. It's a townhouse in a great neighborhood close to trails, shopping, and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax together. Communication with Jan, the host, was great. We will stay again. We loved being next to trails along the South Platte River.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was attentive and easy to communicate with, which made everything stress-free. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our week-long visit, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

The host was extremely friendly and always answered right away. I would stay again.

Great place to stay. Near a beautiful walking trail. Used the train to go into downtown which was easy to do. The place was clean and well organized. I appreciated the owner's efforts to make the guests feel welcomed.

This was a perfect home away from home visiting my family who live in the Denver area. Super convenient location near everything. Everything we needed and more was in the home.

Lovely, well-appointed home. Super comfortable beds and linens, and the master shower is wonderful. Walk to shopping and restaurants. Immediate access to the Platte River trail was amazing. Dog friendly outdoor dining a short walk away from Breckenridge Brewing. We will be back!

I enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was clean, and neat. The kitchen was wonderful, and had everything I needed to do meals there. It was in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the trails right outside of this home. We walked them every day and everything was just no more than a 30 drive. We spent two days in red rocks and visited the Denver zoo. We ate at some fabulous restaurants, and of course the kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some cooking. Beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet balcony every morning with my coffee. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, very clean and includes all the amenities you will need for a great stay. Great walking trails nearby and Breckridge Brewery within walking distance. Host maintains great communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved being able to have our dog with us. Short walk to Breckenridge Brewery, bike/walk path and nearby shopping. Comfortable beds, living room, and all needed kitchen supplies. Great place to come back to after hiking each day.

Great place with lots of room for 2 people and easy access to bike trails, breweries, red rocks, shopping, & restaurants. We loved our 4 night stay here and wished it was longer. We had never been to Littleton and loved the extensive bike trail system that was right outside our door. Host was so sweet and thought of everything -there were several “extras” that were nice touches. Would highly recommend staying here. Garage was also great for storing our bikes when not in use.

We had a great stay in Littleton! The condo was very clean and so spacious! We’ve stayed at many vrbo’s and this one was the most well stocked of them all, didn’t need to buy a thing but food! The owners were very responsive and the neighborhood quiet. The location is great, walking distance to a beautiful trail, Breckinridge Brewery, and a great shopping area with a yummy breakfast place and Chick-Fil-A. Highly recommend!

Its always the little things that make a stay great. This property had ample supplies to get you started, a lot of room, but yet cozy.

Property was as described. Only issue was a very crowded neighborhood. Cars everywhere. Didn’t affect our stay, and definitely not the owners fault. Just figured I would mention it. Great area, and only a block from the Platte river trail. Right next to a cool strip mall a the Breckenridge brewing company. Easy to get to anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The goal was to find a comfortable, quiet relaxing place to chill and unwind and this was the perfect spot for that. Great local restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our family needed a place to accommodate 6 and this condo did not disappoint. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and taking daily walks on the beautiful walking path near by.

The unit is extremely well maintained, very clean and is fully stocked and well thought out. Host went above and beyond and was as good a host you will encounter. Lots of room inside with everything you might need.

Jan was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating! The condo is very nice and updated! Location excellent. Caution for the next year as C470 and Santa Fe go through upgrades to the lanes. Aspen Grove is walkable with restaurants and shopping! Will stay here again.

This is an extremely nice property in all respects. There's plenty of space in the living area, comfortable furniture with plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with it's own large screen TV. The primary bedroom has glass sliding doors out to a comfy deck and a beautiful tree providing shade. The entire house is fully equipped with lots of little extras often missing in rental units, making it a pleasure to be there. And then there's our host, Jan, who was always available for questions and making sure on an almost daily basis that we were comfortable. She gets our vote for best Vrbo host of the year !! We'll be coming back for another stay.
