Terrace Lawn Awesome location 1/2 mile to Dreams Park, 5 bdrm home, shared pool

Great spot for Cooperstown families!

Perfect location for Cooperstown Dream Park. We stayed with 5 adults and 4 kids and there was so much room. Pool had plenty of pool toys and was perfect for quick dip between games. Lots of towels in each bedroom, beds were comfy, and linens were great as well. Very clean too. Front porch was great to relax after a long day.

Terrace Lawn was amazing for our trip to Dreams Park. It was convenient for between game breaks, running back and forth, and convenient to Cooperstown Village. The house is full of old charm with modern updates and the porch is just amazing for morning coffee and evening wine! Thank you Jenny for an amazing experience! Highly recommended!

The porch was amazing and where most of the time was spent. The house had character and charm. It was clean and very spacious. The only draw back was the yard was not as large/open as we had hoped.

This home was perfect for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. We had 3 families staying together and it was perfect. Lots of room for kids and adults to hang out inside and outside. The pool was very refreshing as it was hot in July there. Jenny met us there when checking in to be sure we had everything we needed. I like nice sheets/mattress and our bed had nice 100% cotton sheets probably 800-1000 count and that made the bed even more comfortable. Checking out was also nice as there was nothing to do, they wanted us to enjoy a vacation and not have to strip sheets etc. like most homes require. If we are in the area we will stay here again for sure. If Jenny lets us. Our kids did break a window throwing the baseball. Oh, and it is adjacent to the parks and you can see the last set of fields from the front porch.

This was without a doubt the best place we could have stayed. Clean comfortable and convenient. The value this place offers could be the best value in the entire area as far as coming to a cooperstown baseball tournament at dreams park. 5 mins total from driveway to dreams park parking lot. The house has plenty of room upstairs and down. The layout is great with all bedrooms up and separate living spaces down. I would highly recommend and if we ever get to come back I'll be booking this place again. The owners are fantastic as well. They're responsive friendly and accommodating. You can't go wrong here.

We just stayed for week 14 and it was amazing. The house has plenty of space and very well maintained. the house has many great features but the location to Dreams park is the best, you are literally across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrace Lawn was a perfect location across the street from the Dreams Park. You can sit on the porch and hear the games going on. We loved the porch especially when the park was in rain delay. The house was spacious and easily fit two families, you could fit three families. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer and a pool on the property. There are other units on the property so multiple families could all be together. I would highly recommend Terrace Lawn.

Loved finding this charming little gem right across the street from Dreamspark! The owners were amazing and always helpful, the wraparound porch was our favorite part to enjoy coffee or a cocktail after the games. Thank you!!!
