Stayed May 10, 2025Family friendly, beautiful location, and short walk to beach. Modern, clean, and spacious with thoughtful amenities such as beach chairs, beach wagon, and umbrella. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and plenty of towels. Charming beach themed decor. Would definitely recommend Terra Palms and look forward to staying again.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025We've stayed at this house every year for our yearly vacation 2021-2025 so far with no plans on changing. Great location and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The beach access is a short walk away. The beds are comfortable and our kids enjoy our stay every year.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025My family and I stayed in the Terra Palms property and really enjoyed it. It was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The house was a very quick walk to both the pool and the beach, which we loved! The house was in a great spot as it was not too far from going out to grab a cup of coffee or to have dinner. Leading up to the stay the property managers were a great service to keeping us updated on what we needed, how to check in, etc.. That was appreciated! Destin is simply a beautiful place and the Terra Palms made it even better.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and very well maintained inside and out with an easy walk to the beach, of only 5 min.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024The unit was nice for our stay. A few items for maintenance/upkeep - community pool was very dirty. We could not see a few feet in front of and did not stay very long in the pool. It’s dated, not very much seating to layout. The unit itself was nice and accommodating. The master needs a ceiling fan as it was very warm at night - read this in another review and we brought 3 fans which helped tremendously! The A/C unit displayed a sign saying it wasn’t working properly at one point, which we reported. The smaller toddler bunks are wobbly and in need of tightening or replacement. The mattresses were very thin as well. The lower bunk is right on the floor which we did not realize. No one wanted to sleep on the lower toddler bunk as a result. The bigger bunk is more solid and mattresses are better. We had 2 older teens in those. The bunk area needs a better ceiling fan as the one in there does not give off much air. Thankfully we had a fan for that area. The kitchen does not have any storage for leftovers to place in the fridge, so make sure you bring some. The garbage disposal did not work properly at arrival and eventually gave out on us prior to our leave. The walk to the beach is not that bad - they have a wagon and 3 beach chairs, one was broken when we got there and another has a broken arm. We left 3 of our beach chairs for the next family to use. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and enjoyable for our stay.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Terra Palms very much! It was the perfect home for our beach getaway (2 adults and 4 teen boys). The home was spacious and all the rooms were spread out to give individuals quiet time when needed. I was incredibly impressed with the excellent communication Diamond Gulf Rentals provided leading up to and during our stay. The home was incredibly clean upon our arrival. It was well stocked with kitchen items for cooking, as well as plenty of bath linens and beach gear (umbrella, chairs, sand toys). We had almost everything we needed. It is a very easy .3 mile walk from the home to the beach. The only issue we ran into was the limited shoreline available to set up our umbrella and beach chairs for the day. Due to the beachfront properties on either side of Terra Palms' private beach access claiming their shoreline as private, we only had about 35-40' of actual shoreline that is shared amongst the entire neighborhood and two high rise properties (The Enclave). My boyfriend and I had to be out on the beach by 7AM every morning to set up in order to set up right on the shoreline and not get stuck back behind others' set ups. But overall, we had a fantastic experience. We were very happy with the property and its close proximity to restaurants (a few within walking distance), shopping, and entertainment.
