Terra Lago Paradise

Great property with a really responsive manager. Very much a hotel type experience, in the best way. Check in and out was super easy. Rooms were all very clean. 7 adults in 6 bedrooms - all very comfortable. Pool day was perfect ( note that heating was an expected 200 per day in the colder months. Also note Manager has to remotely switch to spa heating) but well worth the relaxing experience.Outdoor eating space was fantastic as well.

Loved having our folks stay here for a business trip during the Coachella festival. Super close & accessible but not deep in the mix of the festival area. Hosts were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Note the HOA is very strict about parking. No work vehicles overnight even in the driveway, and no street parking. Kind of a headache. Don't mistake this for a reason to not stay here, we had a great time.

House and backyard was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive activating the Jacuzzi and with any other requests (like adding Uber drivers/DoorDashers to the list). We loved our stay here and would certainly come back!

Overall, the house is beautiful, spacious and the host is very responsive. Some things to note that weren’t in the property description: - the host controls the jacuzzi so you can’t choose the temperature and have to wait quite a bit for it to warm up after asking for it to be turned on. It is allowed to be turned on for 3 hours and after that you get charged. The pool is not heated and was very cold. - The AC only turns on for 3 hours at a time so we kept waking up super hot and having to turn it back on. - The neighborhood is beautiful, but very hard to get Ubers to and from places. We had a couple Ubers cancel because they couldn’t get through the gate. - One of the rooms bed sheets were dirty and there weren’t any extra bed sheets to change them with so we had to wash and dry them ourselves, which was pretty inconvenient and made us worry about the cleanliness of the whole house.

Great group house near Indian wells tennis tournament plenty of room.

Andranik’s home was the perfect place to spend a long weekend with my family. The house was very spacious and well appointed and our family spent most of the weekend in the pool . There was plenty of seating outside for eating our meals poolside and also a nice seating area to relax outside of the pool. Andranik is a very responsive host and quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again !

Everything was great. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very quick to respond.

Beautiful home, very clean and in a quiet gated community. Perfect for a large family and place just to get away from the city.
