Tequila Sunset | Pet Friendly w/ Private Hot Tub and Fishing Pier!

House was clean and spacious. Pier was great, but fishing was slow. Nice place! The only thing that was a negative was how much the fees were. The fees from the host (Kitty's) were $780 + and VRBOb together were as much almost as much as the whole house rental. My fault I should have looked closer and only rented from an owner with no extra host fees.

This was a great property to stay at! The house was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed (It even has a spare freezer in the garage for the catch of the day). The was more than enough room for all 5 of us to have down time and the common area was a nice spot to hang out in. I loved the covered patio that allowed you to be outside to enjoy the breeze, but be out of the sun. We had room to dock our boat and made great use of the dock. This one has been saved to my favorites and we will be back!

Great home and a beautiful setting.

Had a really good time. Rented this for family for my moms 80th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice big kitchen and living area. Plenty of bathrooms. Everything was clean and very nice. Brought our pups, they really loved the big yard. Fishing pier was very nice. The weather was not great, but plenty of room inside for family time.

Everything was good except couple of roaches here and there...maybe with little bit of pesticide will take care of them but overall the location and house was excellent.....

This was our extended family's first time getting a house together and this was a great choice. The upstairs portion of the home is very nice and well equipped (tho TP and dishwasher pods were a bit short). The downstairs was nice for those that wanted to stay up later. I do wish the downstairs entrance from the inside of the house wasn't thru the garage but that's a small oddity for the space you receive. Overall, it was a peaceful quiet beautiful spot and we enjoyed watching the sunset each night.

The house was perfect and very clean . Had a great time fishing didn’t catch a lot of keepers but caught a 5.5 foot alligator Gar which was a lot of fun and 2 stingrays . I would tell anyone that goes there to bring a wagon because it’s a lot to walking from house to end of pier.

Tequila Sunset is the perfect beach vacation home. The views are spectacular at all times of day, especially with sunset and sunrise. The home has been meticulously updated and made us feel welcome as we walked through the door. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, many great areas to hangout with friends and family. Close driving distance to downtown where we ate dinner and had a wonderful time shopping. Would recommend Tequila Sunset to absolutely everyone. The best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. More stocked than my own kitchen, and I love to cook! We spent much time in the amazing hot tub! We had a wonderful experience with booking and getting set up with the house!

I called because the big TV in the living room was not working because of the remotes being difficult. They said maintenance was going to come by and they never did.
