Stayed Jan 2, 2026The area is nice and was busy doing my stay. The host communicates well. However doing my stay there were problem with the unit that were unacceptable. Me and my group was locked out and had to sleep outside because the unit did not have the prop keys to open the door and no key was provided in the beginning. There were also bugs in the unit and the check in information was bad.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Unit was not cleanly. We saw a roach. Scuffs on the walls. And cobwebs everywhere. The boxsprings even had staining on them. Could’ve been a nice place but was just not well maintained. Area is to be expected in north Philly but in a quiet part and close to public transportation. Served as an acceptable place to sleep for a big group.
