Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. The location is great as you can go to the Smokies, Knoxville or Chattanooga and more. The kitchen had everything we could need to prepare meals for our large family. The downstairs area was a perfect place to play ping pong,” and board games, watch movies in the theater room, etc. The view of the trees from both the upstairs balcony to the downstairs patio was so relaxing. The home is well kept and very clean. The staff at Evolve was very helpful also.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023This house blew us away. It was perfectly laid out for six adults and multiple kids. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything from spices to cooking spray to ice. We enjoyed the neighborhood and would definitely come back! We used the crib on site and it would've been great to have it already assembled when we got there after a long drive, but it was pretty easy to put together. My kiddo loved the bunk room!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It is an amazing house will all the amenities that you need! We love the layout of the house and there is a theater room in the basement along with a ping pong table. Check in and check out we’re so easy! We were in the heart of Tellico Village - perfect!

Stayed Aug 2, 2023All I can say is amazing. The owner was amazing to work with. The home was clean and well stocked. We had 10 people for a family reunion. Everybody had a place to stay and I will rent again. You will love it.

Stayed Mar 29, 2023Property was very spacious in a nice quiet sub. That area of TN is very congested and it made driving to destinations like Gatlinburg time consuming. Basement bathroom seemed like an after thought, unfinished and also was a little dirty compared to the rest of the home. Kids loved the in home theater. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family needed a space to celebrate Christmas together and this property EXCEEDED our EXPECTATIONS! The space was more than enough room for our gathering. Kitchen accessories left nothing to be desired. We were ALL MORE THAN HAPPY, which is an amazing achievement for a large family! :) We hope to continue this new tradition of celebration at this lovely home. Thank you for such a great space for our family to enjoy being together for Christmas!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home is lovely, inviting and very spacious. I do advise if renting during the winter to bring a space heater for the larger bedroom down stairs it never got warm during our stay. However, there are extra blankets.

Stayed Oct 16, 2022The property was clean and spacious. Laundry detergent was not available. Instructions in the binder should have been clear that communication with the property manager was to be via text. We would have liked to used the gas fireplace but without instructions we were hesitant to try to turn it on. The kitchen sink should probably be checked. We had to plunge it because it was plugged. We think we got it cleared with plunging and hot water.
