Stayed Jun 20, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the Telford Road home. It was an easy walk into downtown Inverness. The house was big enough for our extended family of 8. The house could use a bit of TLC, but otherwise was a very nice property.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The heat wasnt working when we arrived and it took time to contact the owner and figure out what to do. We then had cleaners show up well before checl out time today make us feel as if we were invading their space to clean. This is not ok as we paid till 11amI do believe some compensation should be given for the heat issue and this morning.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025We had a great time in Inverness, the house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The key was in a locked box outside, so very easy to access once you had the code. The house was very big and spacious so we were not falling over each other. The only downside I have is the water in the hot tap for any of the baths doesn't work, every other tap in the house was fine. The showers worked great but so if you're fine with a shower then all is great. We would definitely book again when there is a lot of us going up to see family. Plenty of off street parking, I think you could fit at least 5 cars in the drive with room to spare.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025Our stay at the cottage was truly delightful. The warmth throughout the family room, dining area, and bedrooms created a cosy, welcoming atmosphere where we could gather for meals and share stories from our day. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect—just a peaceful 15-minute walk to the heart of Inverness, with a bakery, corner store, and fish and chip shop just around the corner. I highly recommend this charming cottage for your stay in Inverness. Maybe the dryer cycle on the washing machine as it got very hot and shrunk some clothes.

Stayed May 17, 2024Overall the stay was good. The WIFI information provided in the arrival package was incorrect, so that took some time to sort out. Also the hot water was no turned on and there was no information about turning it on in the arrival package, so again that took some time to sort out. There was some loud late night domestic disputes near by, that was a little unpleasant in the middle of the night, but the proximity to downtown was great and having two parking spots was great. Bed rooms were clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. A few negatives but mostly positives.

Stayed May 7, 2024Cleaning crew left us some random items like silverware on the floor and a beer bottle behind the couch. This property is near the edge of a run down part of town, we saw drug activity at least twice. Upside- perfectly walkable for everything we needed.
