Tech Terrace Cottage-Just 3 Blocks from TTU!

Good communication, comfortable beds, clean house, good stay.

Very cute house that was super close to Texas Tech, which our high schoolers were visiting. Great neighborhood. Would stay here again.

This is a cute, clean house perfect for my quick weekend spent in Lubbock. The location was great-close to Texas Tech where we spent most of our time and my son's house. The host has excellent communication. I will definitely be booking again when I come back to town.

The backyard would be a great place to relax and enjoy good weather and cook a steak.

Market Street grocery has deli. We didn't find that until last day but recommended for salad bar etc.

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting our daughter. This will always be our first choice if it’s available.Always clean always good communication.

We love staying in Tech Terrace when we visit our son at Tech! The house is on a very quiet street. It had everything we needed for our short weekend trip.

Location and the house were great. Everything was clean and tidy. The only complaint for us was the bed was too soft and not quite supportive enough for our liking.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had so much character and was in our favorite part of Lubbock; Tech Terrace. Just blocks away from campus and blocks away from beautiful parks. The house was so cozy and clean and the hosts were quick-to-respond and friendly! When we come back to Lubbock next, we’re hoping to stay here again!

My husband, two kids and I stayed here for the night and it was perfect. The house was just as described and the communication with Lee was great. Will definitely stay here again when back in Lubbock!

I really enjoyed this property. It was so close to Tech, the neighborhood was so nice and quiet and well kept. The home itself was the perfect size for me and my daughter. Clean, well stocked, comfortable. All around an excellent experience! I will be booking this property again.

We loved our stay! This home is so cute. It had everything we needed. So cozy! Loved the Buddy Holly decor. The backyard is great with the ping pong table and sitting area. All the little extra amenities were an added bonus to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable… from bottled water, coffee and creamer, breakfast items, to toiletries like lotion and makeup remover. We hope to be back again and again!

Great location and space

Great location, clean and comfortable.Refrigerator was a bit small and the freezer wouldn’t even hold a bag of ice. We are a little private so we put a towel over the back door window for privacy. Good selection of pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes and silverware. We enjoyed the quiet!!!!! Christmas tree was perfect!

Everything about this house was amazing and I need to hire the owner/s to help me decorate. Bonus: an unexpected King Bed!

We loved this little home for our stay in Lubbock. It was in a safe neighborhood and had everything we needed.

We needed a place to stay while visiting for a TTU Tour. This house was close to the University and near many eateries too. The house was clean, adorably decorated, and in a great neighborhood! Check-in was a breeze! We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect setup and location

This was the perfect place to stay to surprise my daughter for her birthday. It’s close to campus so it was easy to go back and forth. It was so comfortable and cute. The bottles of water for us in the fridge was a big plus because I completely forgot drinks. So when we had dinner & cake it really came in handy. We will definitely stay there again!

Just the right size for parents (and siblings) visiting son in college. The home is nearly right across the street from campus - could walk if you wanted to - and right around the corner from a fabulous coffee shop (J&B coffee). The home was perfectly clean, check-in was super easy, and it was a quiet retreat in a wonderful neighborhood when we needed rest. Would definitely stay again!
