WELCOME TO TIERRA DEL SOL #2! We hope you enjoy your visit as much as we enjoy beautiful Moab, Utah. We have done everything possible to create a clean, comfortable, spacious, inviting, and functional environment.

BEDROOMS - The Master bedroom has a King bed setting and overhead lights for bedtime reading. You will enjoy a TV for evening or early morning viewing as you relax in bed. There is a large walk-in closet and a private bath. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features two twin-size beds. A full-size bath is just steps away from these bedrooms. An extra half bath is conveniently situated at the end of the hall. Each bedroom has a private door that opens to a patio and a spacious private backyard.

Our bedrooms will accommodate up to 6 people in beds and for additional sleeping arrangements, you will find a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area, and two twin-size rollaway beds are available as well, great for the kiddos.

KITCHEN and DINING - The large and convenient kitchen offers everything you need to make a snack or cook a full meal complete with baking. Between the kitchen and dining area is a breakfast bar. This is an ideal place to drink coffee and chat.- the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker & a variety of K Cups. The dining room features a custom-made 36' high tile-topped table with 6 chairs. There is plenty of room for you and your family or guests to spread out and enjoy a home-cooked meal.

LIVING ROOM - As you step through the front door, you are greeted by a large and warm living room.

TWO-CAR GARAGE and AMENITIES - Enjoy an oversized (24' x 24') locked garage with ample room for desert toys, such as motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Jeeps, and mountain bikes.
Step into the laundry room from the garage. Clean up and wash your dirty clothes in your private laundry.

Other amenities include a community pool and hot tub. (OPEN FROM MARCH TO OCTOBER) WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE POOL/HOT TUB WILL BE OPEN DURING YOUR STAY, AS THE HOA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE DUE TO WEATHER OR MAINTENANCE.

PATIOS and BACK YARD - The home features two patios. The first is adjacent to the second and third bedrooms. The other is adjacent to the Master bedroom and kitchen. This patio is covered and features comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill for BBQ.

TV & INTERNET - Free WI-FI.

PETS/SMOKING - At the request of our guests, we do not permit pets or smoking. Our guests enjoy a clean environment that eliminates odors and allergy problems. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    We did not actually stay at this house because of a heater issue. The host notified us a day prior and arranged another property nearby. It was very nice- clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was great. There was a little road noise since it was close to the highway. It was just outside the main part of the city, so we were able to star gaze some. Convenient to the park and town. Rosanna was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs.

    Nice sized place, cloae to town, with great neighborhood pool and hot tub. Host was super fast and helpful. One thing to share is they only have salt and pepper along with coffee for the kitchen so you need to pack or buy everything else. 20 min from Arches and 45 from Canyonlands.

    We were in Moab attending the Easter Jeep Safari so the location was very convenient to the events. The house was very clean but could use a renovation, the counters and cabinets were in below average condition. However, overall I would stay there again.

    We had a great stay, the house was clean and super roomy. Love the large kitchen, made it easy to make meals for the family. Bedrooms all had great beds and access to the outdoor space. We loved the outdoor space. We would definitely book again for the next time are back.

    While we only had 3 adults for our stay, a larger group could be comfortable here. The outdoor space is particularly large and comfortable, complete with a gas grill and large dining table. The garage fits two cars. The great reviews tell the truth!

    The location is slightly out of the main town, which made it much quieter and more comfortable for us. We like to be away from the crowds downtown. The garage made load and unload simple! We would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet and comfortably furnished. The only comment we would make about the kitchen is that there is salt and pepper only. We just cooked breakfast before we headed out for the day's adventures, so that was fine for us. But if you are a family planning on cooking dinner, you'll need your own cooking oil, spices and seasonings.
