The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including: a double bedroom with bath and shower, a double bedroom in the trullo with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; a twin bedroom; an additional bathroom with shower. Simple and relaxing decor. The kitchen and the living room overlook the garden with a view of an infinity pool, on one side with a waterfall.
The porch in front of the house is equipped with a kitchen, sink and barbecue. Large table and chairs to share lunch and dinner, with a suggestive view of the pool and garden.

At the same time you can easily reach the sea a short distance from all the places of tourist interest from the Castellana Caves to Alberobello, 7 km away. Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Surely a destination not to be missed are the Sassi di Matera, houses built in the rock; a place that many directors have chosen to shoot important films. Matera has been named a city of culture by UNESCO.

For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.
 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
