Immersed in the countryside of Castellana Grotte, this lovely complex of trulli is made up of 5 housing units of trulli and lamia, with a swimming pool to share (size 4x10) .All accommodation units are independent and independent, each equipped with a kitchenette, or kitchen except one unit
CASETTA SALVIA: composed of 1 double bedroom, with two sofa beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen. The house has a veranda furnished with tables, chairs,and a small garden of relevance. (Beds: 2 + 2)
The complex is equipped with all comforts and a common area where you can take advantage of a large kitchen, with a large table, benches and barbecue. On the back there is a laundry area and a staircase leading to the swimming pool area with solarium and relaxation area equipped with sofas in the shade of a pergola. Two outdoor showers serving the swimming pool. All around a garden with flowers, ornamental plants and lawn, is the setting for this beautiful residential structure. The wi-fi signal in the area of this property is often weak or absent. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is €100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
