The Space
A two-story townhouse with all main living areas downstairs and all three bedrooms upstairs. The large living room is ideal for family game nightsand movie watching, and the fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy after a day on the mountain.
The Bedrooms
Each room is named after a real Taos Ski Valley run — a little nod to the mountain life we love here:

White Feather — queen bed, easy-going and comfortable
Porcupine — queen bed, the sweet spot for any guest
Al's Run — king bed, (private/owner's room)
Outdoor Space
Enjoy a sunset patio with stunning views — fully set up for summer evenings. A storage shed keeps bikes, skis, and gear organized.

House Rules
We kindly ask all guests to respect the scheduled check‑out time of 10:00 AM
Any check‑out that exceeds 1 hour past the scheduled time will result in a $100 late check‑out fee.
No pets · though Smitty a sweet dog may visit- No smoking in or outside of townhouse HOA rules· Shoes off inside · Quiet hours 10pm–9am
