Tampa Oasis; 4BR; Heated Pool; Ace Location!

We travel just to relax and that is exactly what we got. Very nice home. Host communicate with while you are there to see if they can assist. We felt at home

Yes, this is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home however it has a very “unique” layout. As for a gym, an outdated exercise bike and 5 lb dumbbell’s is not a gym, that’s scrap. The flooring in the entire home is installed by a hack. The mold in the washing machine and every shower made me want to puke. There is not a working ice maker and the water tastes disgusting. The outdoor furniture is warped and peaking apart. The host is great at getting angles of this home to show its good side. Hopefully they put some money into this place to make it a better home, although the neighbors blatantly stated they dislike it being a VRBO, as it’s one of the few in the area.

House was as pictured but this was the first rental house I've stayed at with family pics on the wall and in one room this is a 4 bedroom 4 bath this house only had 2 tvs in it that were in the living room and main bedroom.Main had cobwebs and freezer was dirty during our stay some guy came up on a scooter saying he was the pool guy without any equipment to clean pool and we were Abt to get in the pool that changed when he around the pool area he came back during our checkout the host did not advise us anyone would be stopping when sitting out out back the camera light will be red then goes offstopping by and

The property listing is accurate and the layout is nice. It gave us the flexibility to have our own corner of the house for a bit of privacy when needed. The outdoor space is really nice and inviting, we enjoyed spending time in this area of the property. The host is very nice and responsive. The only negative is the smell of the running water is hard to get past. My daughter refused to take a shower because of the smell and would only take a bath once the water was shut off. This was difficult to navigate with only one tub that was not in the best repair.

Home is great for a group of friends! Perfect amount of rooms and the outdoor space/pool is fantastic.

The property had a great location and was the perfect size with 4 bedrooms/bathrooms but didn't live up to the photos.Upon arrival the gate to the driveway did not open all the way making it difficult to enter. The owner did respond when reported but the only solution was to cut off the power to the gate and leave it open the entire stay.The first night we discovered the top sheet was missing on the bed in one of the bedrooms. This was addressed the next day when the owner sent someone to access the owner's closet for a clean bedsheet which we found had a large stain on it and so replaced a second time.The water in every tap and shower is not drinkable; very cloudy and strong odor to it. The owner did provide a bag of ice in the freezer, but we had to purchase water both to drink and use in the coffee pot. It appears there was some type of filtration system at the kitchen sink but that was not working.The outside furniture to a beautiful pool and patio area is a disaster. The only usable piece was a glider that would seat two. The large table is surrounded by 6 chairs which all have some type of leather seating that is disintegrating: very dangerous for guests. We had to take seats out from the small table set in the converted garage-to-efficiency-apartment room.The air/heat system in that room was questionable as the air conditioning unit only provides cool air and a space heater had to be used on an unusually cold night. Didn't live up to expectations.

The property worked really well for us, we all came in from different directions of the US. EASY pick up from Tampa airport. Plenty of shopping and good food close by.

This home was beautiful with 4 excellent bedrooms. The pool was awesome. The 8 of us travelled approximately 10 hours and our plan was to eat and spend time together. Overall, there was limited cooking pans and pots. Also, there was no salt and pepper or coffee machine. We bought both and left it there. There was a plastic latte maker that made one cup at a time. Also, it would have been nice to have more than one facecloth per person. We were on our way to a cruise and we didn't need to be bringing and buying more items. There is a sulfur smell on the water that is worse in some showers. The owner was prompt to fix a shower that wasn't working. We had difficulty socializing at the pool as there were only 2 chairs. Everyone in our party was 50 to 80 years old and more comfort was needed. Overall if you are staying and eating out and swimming in pool, this is the place for you.

The property was amazing for me and my friends. Gated property, lots of space for each person had their own area. Very clean and you don’t have to bring anything. Pool was amazing and outdoor patio n bar b cue was amazing. And it’s nice each room has a door that leads them to pool

We had 4 couples, celebrating 2 birthdays and all going to a concert at Raymond James. We all loved the house!! Very clean, the owner was responsive when we had a small issue and gave us a quick fix. The pool and outside patio was one of our favorite parts of the home. The house has a metal gate that provided extra security, but to be honest, the house is in a great neighborhood already! We highly recommend staying here!
