ROOM TO BRING EVERYONE

The home sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it a great fit for families, couples traveling together and groups who want both shared spaces and room to spread out.



The primary suite gives you a king bed, balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Additional bedrooms are spread across the home, giving larger groups more privacy instead of squeezing everyone onto sofa beds in one common area.



THE FUN IS ALREADY HERE

You don't have to leave the house to make a day out of it. With two game rooms, you can have pool and shuffleboard going in one room while another group battles it out over ping-pong and foosball nearby. The wet bar makes it easy to turn an ordinary night at the house into one of those nights everyone talks about after the trip.



YOUR OWN TAHOE RESET

The private hot tub requires a prepaid $160 heating and cleaning fee for your stay. Please request it before arrival so it is warm and ready when you get here.

For privacy and security, the property has exterior, outdoor-facing security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home.



Guest Access:

The entire 6-bedroom home is exclusively yours for your stay — no shared interior spaces. Our team is on-call throughout your trip, and a 24/7 local contact is available for anything you need. Check-in instructions, parking, and directions are sent before arrival.
